Tom, Jake and Hazar are the dream team! Professional and courteous, they methodically replaced our drab-looking radiators with some fantastic column ones. What impressed me most was how tidy, well mannered and respectful the team were as they efficiently managed their tasks whilst my partner and I worked from home. Many thanks Will for fantastic top quality service and workmanship. I recently had a new vanity unit, sink taps and a drain block cleared by Will and his team. He sent me a quote and spoke to me within an hour of me sending my enquiry and was at my flat 2 days later to do the work. I was so impressed I later also got him to install a new boiler at the same property. a competitive quote as well. Once again everything outstanding and really impressive. As a landlord wanting the minimum of disruption and hassle for my tenants - Will and his team have been outstanding. Both my tenants said how professional and nice Will is! This is the second time I have used them. The team work well together and are highly agile should any complications arise. In my case, the existing boiler was on the way to failure. The symptoms were the erratic supply of hot water so this wasn’t a straightforward issue to self-diagnose. William quickly investigated and correctly deduced what the fault was and explained in understandable but simple detail which fit my observations. He was highly efficient in identifying the most suitable replacement and was able to start the ordering process within the same day. On the day of installation, the supplier had delivered the incorrect one. Despite this, William managed to find another one within 20 minutes and was able to put the installation back on track to eliminate any future inconvenience. The installation was completed before the end of the day and I now have working hot water again with a more efficient boiler. In some ways this is an upgrade. I am glad to have found this company and would happily recommend them.

What a mistake it was, charged for 2 hours, sprayed my kitchen in sewage waste and in the end failed, further suggesting i might need to take my entire kitchen and the floor out and remove the pipe. I called Will and was impressed that he wanted me to send pictures of my problem to a secured website so he could diagnose the issue without the need of a diagnostic visit (which would typically come at a cost). Needed to find a plumber to fix the plug in my dad's bath as it would not open when you turn the handle under the tap. So, it's very hard to drain the water out. I was concerned that as he is older, he might get taken advantage off by a plumber. So, I did some looking on google and found Will I Am Plumbing. They were 4.9 out of 5 with 134 reviews. It was by far the highest review with the largest number of reviews. I reached out via their website and then saw that there was a feature to contact via WhatsApp. At 20:19 I sent the message and a video of the problem and 3 mins later I got a phone call telling me how to fix the problem. He said it was simple to fix and did not want to waste my money on a call-out fee. I fixed the problem following his advice in under 5 mins. This shows why he has 4.9 out of 5. Most people would have been happy to make easy money. Such an honest man and will save his information for the next time I need a plumber. Should get 10 stars!!!!!!!!

I used Will I Am Plumbing and Heating Ltd for a boiler replacement and I am very happy with the way this work has been carried. When I called William after my boiler broke, he quickly sent an engineer to have a look at my installation to give me a quote for the repair. As it was an old and a little strange installation, he came back himself to have a second look at it and gave me a detailed diagnostic of the problem, the works that needed to be carried, and a quote, patiently explaining to me all the details on the phone. As I was abroad when this happened, William really made communication easy with me, communicating via emails and phone calls as well as directly with my tenant. Therefore, it was easy to book the repair, even while not being in London myself. In order to make sure the works could be finished by the date he gave me (it was a two days job), he came two days before to install the scaffolding and prepare everything for the repair. William and his engineers explained well everything to my tenant and I, they were very courteous, on time, and left the apartment very clean after they finished the works. My new boiler works perfectly and it has been quite a relief to have these works running that smoothly as it was a little bit stressful to deal with a broken boiler from abroad. I chose Will I Am Plumbing and Heating Ltd based on the quality of the reviews I read on them online and I am very happy with the work they have done. I explained on their chat that the issue was pretty confined as I needed someone buying and replacing a leaking kitchen sink tap. I have recently moved in to a flat that seems to have an entertaining history of some DIY plumbing work! All of it seems to have been done using enormous volumes of silicone rather than actually being completed by a professional. When I booked inside warn them that there might be some fun times ahead. The two plumber arrived bang on time at 8am on Friday which was perfect for me work wise as I could chat through with them briefly before starting work. However he guys got straight to it and needed no direction. They soon discovered that some former moron had silicones the toilet to the wall somehow and therefore additional work needed to be done including correcting the fitting for a cast iron pipeT so had to visit a local supply store which they did themselves. Later they also discovered that the unit I bought didn't come with a tap so offered to visit the same store and even ran through a few tap designs before buying it for me and then coming back to for it. They were clear that these things would in reader the invoice price before hand and were very transparent. They also left the area spotless and took the former toilet away. Delighted with the very professional outcome and would absolutely hire them again.
