E. G.Dwayne was efficient and informative regarding my boiler issue. He fixed the problem there and then but we ordered spare parts just in case. when he visited later with the parts, he found the first fix had done the job so I was refunded the cost of the spare parts, happy days. I will keep an eye on how my boiler does and return to WizFix, if and when I need the spare parts.
C. T.Dwayne has been amazing. My underfloor heating wasn’t working and he was able to figure out the cause and fix it as well as the leaking that had started. He replied so quickly and always arranged a time to come even when he had to keep coming back. Highly recommend this team for their responsiveness and ability.

He took the lead in speaking with the technical team in trying to sort out the issues, which turned out to be a fault in the manufacturing and came back again (at no charge) to finally fix everything with the new parts.
