Based on my experience with Phoenix Plumbing.
I have used this company for many years.
Always found the cost to be affordable.
There are cheaper options, but I believe if you look after the customer - you become a loyal customer.
No reason to look anywhere else.
What more can you ask for - the team went above and beyond when I noticed later that evening (Approx 18:00) I did not have any hot water.
I called and was directed to out of service contact who arrange a return visit that evening.
It was a simple fix that was easily resolved, and up and running within less than 1min of arrival.
So thank you Phoenix Team. See you next year.
