After a different plumber had let us down, we called TD Robinson for help fixing a leak to out hot water system. The engineer Luca arrived at the time specified and quickly got to work. We required some replacement parts, and a new expansion tank. The works were completed in about an hour, and we could not be happier with the result. Big thanks to Luca who was friendly and professional, and wasted no time getting our system repaired I would certainly use TD Robinson again and I would wholeheartedly recommend them to anybody else.

I just wanted to say a huge thank you for all the help your engineers have given us over the past few weeks. I called a couple of weeks ago as we needed someone to cap the gas from our old oven before our kitchen was being replaced. Jim capped our gas and then returned to fit our new cooker and returned again to move the valve for us. Then this morning we had two engineers to first fix our dishwasher and sink plumbing. Robinson Plumbing have been efficient, professional and friendly they even visited my neighbour straight after. I would highly recommend Robinson Plumbing and Heating so efficient with your service a huge thank you to you all.

Needed a washing machine installed. Booked by phone in 5 minutes. Installation on the day took 15 minutes at most. Joe was professional and evidently very skilled in plumbing. No fuss, no mess. 11/10.

During the recent freezing weather, we had no heating or hot water due to frozen condensate pipe. British Gas were a waste of time even though we have a service contract. Robinson Plumbing answered the 'phone immediately, promised to come the same day and did. The problem was fixed and helpful advice given. Very friendly and can't thank them enough. Will be using them again and cancelling our contract with British Gas. Would highly recommend them to anyone.

Today, during the coldest snap in Britain for quite a few years, at 9pm the boiler failed. No heating, no hot water! What do you do? We were lucky, we found Robinsons number and rang them. After 3 calls over the next hour, Toby helped us solve the problem. Heating and water restored! We have no service contract with Robinsons and have never met them before, however, Toby was more than happy to speak to us - even delaying going to bed to help. We look forward to meeting him for the first time when he comes to service the boiler. Thank you Toby!
