Very helpful. We visited today asking about a replacement bath Pegler cartridge. Despite telling us we wouldn't be able to get a replacement easily (if at all!) the man behind the desk (sorry I don't know his name) proceeded to set about freeing the workings of the old cartridge. Service above and beyond - many thanks.
