Delighted with the service provided from start to finish. This was a blocked drain that turned into a massive piece of work when it turned out the whole drain was shattered. They came very promptly after the initial call, informed me at every stage of the work needed and scheduled in the additional work within days. They even worked at the weekend to get it finished as the kitchen was out of use. Very professional. No hesitation highly recommending these guys.

I can’t complain. Called and they showed up on the day. This was at my takeaway for a toilet block (yuck). Didn’t carry the work out as we was open and didn’t want the smell. Came on our day off. There were no complaints about the less-than-ideal access to my back yard, nor the almost cemented-in manhole cover. When another company cancelled on us last minute, despite having no working toilet and shower, we called the lads at 2pm and they were with us by 6pm on a friday night, bank holiday weekend. Upon arrival, they investigated our blocked drain only to discover the drains under the house had collapsed completely. The pair stayed until midnight trying to fix the problem but unfortunately the damage was so severe it couldn't be done. They came back the very next day (bank holiday Saturday) early in the morning to fix the problem as they said they couldn't leave us without a working bathroom.
