I got home to find a leaking bathroom and an unhappy neighbour downstairs whose ceiling was getting soaked! Over 25 frantic calls after 6pm despite adverts claiming the tradesmen were available until 10pm availed nothing. Hugh Richards returned my call and advised he will attend in a few minutes. He assessed the leak (flooding), got out his tools and material and fixed the leakage in no time. I couldn’t be more happier. I highly recommend his professional and flexible service.

I called Hugh this morning (6/10) at around 8.55am and he had returned my call within half an hour and my 1.30pm he had arrived and successfully fixed my broken toilet. Hugh was very professional and friendly and very reasonable in terms of cost. I will have no hesitation in calling him again or recommending him to family and friends. Hugh of H R Plumbing Solutions has fully replaced our family bathroom and en-suite with a new bath, power shower, 2 sinks, both toilets, and electric mirrors including 2 new floorings,with his colleague Dave (joiner). He also panelled the walls in both rooms and trimmed/ finished all his work for a fantastic, professional look, complete with new lighting and fans. We recommend him very highly indeed. He is very punctual and reliable, his price is very fair and all the fittings he supplied are good quality and exactly what we asked for. After speaking with 2, recommended plumbers, to have a radiator changed in the kitchen, neither of which turned up, someone recommended HR Plumbing Solutions and they turned up the following day, as they said they would. They did the work we asked for and for a very reasonable price and did an excellent job. We were so pleased we paid them a bonus! Excellent service!

I recommend Hugh Richards from Hugh Richards Plumbing Solutions very highly. Work in bathroom and kitchen done to an extremely high standard for a very fair price. Hugh is 100% reliable and punctual and kept me fully informed of his progress at all times. There was far less mess than I expected - the rooms were left as clean and tidy as possible at the end of every day and all the rubbish was taken away. HUGH THE PLUMBER AND DAVE HIS COLLEAGUE (JOINER) WENT OVER AND ABOVE AND I FEEL BLESSED TO HAVE THEIR EXCELLENT WORK DONE ON MY HOUSE - I WOULD GIVE THEM 100 STARS IF I COULD!
