We recently used John Allcock Plumbing and Heating for a full bathroom fit out. John and all the team were brilliant from start to finish. They were polite, great at communicating and explaining things, tidy and have done a fantastic job. They pay attention to detail and really listen to what their customers want. I can't fault them at all and highly recommend them.

This is the third time John and his team have worked on our house. Initially installing a new boiler, then fitting us a wet room downstairs and finally, this week, fitting us a new family bathroom. The quality of their work is second to none. Nothing was too much trouble and John took the time to understand what we wanted offering advice and ideas of how to get the best look. The work was completed on time to a high standard and right on budget too. John and his team are also great with kids and the dog too! Huge thanks to them for once again transforming our house into a family home. Highly recommended.

I recently had a new boiler and radiators fitted by John Allcock Plumbing & Heating. The boiler/radiators were fitted & working the same day, with minimum disruption. Johnny and his team did a full central heating system/ new bathrooms in our house as we were fully renovating. It was all done to a high standard and friendly team of guys. We had a problem with our remote heating control at a later date and Johnny came round to sort it straightaway. The same firm have also done work at my son’s bungalow. I contacted John Allcock plumbing on the Facebook page to plum in a washing machine and have a look at a blocked bathroom sink. I got a reply within half an hour of the message along with a quote for the job and was booked in for the same day. It was John himself who came to the appointment and he arrived on time. He even asked if he needed to take his shoes off on the carpet!! He was very professional in his approach and very competent. Once he had finished, he explained everything that he had done and made sure that I was happy. I am very happy to recommend John’s business to anyone who is looking for a professional, competent and efficient plumbing service.

John and Scott installed a new boiler and carried out a full bathroom renovation which included moving the location of every single bit of plumbing for me. I couldn't be happier with the end result which is down to their hard work ethic and fantastic organisation. I was also really happy with the transparent pricing, they were really open about how the bathroom furniture was sourced, providing me with a quote for like for like items that I had found directly. It was an absolute pleasure having both John and Scott around, they really care about exceeding your expectations, going the extra mile at every turn.

This is the second time I've had work done by this company. Once as a tenant and now as a homeowner due to previous good work. Perfect job installing a Worcester boiler both times. They completely re-routed the gas pipe and replaced water pipes and fixtures that were worn at no extra cost. Price was better than any other quoted, the house was left as they found it and they are really friendly guys. I'm really very curious about the negative reviews! Having spent a total of 2 days plus a few visits in their company and seeing how they work, I know those comments aren't at all true!

I simply cannot understand the latest two bad reviews for John Allcock. My wife and I have been using John for many years during which time he has replaced a bathroom, built an en-suite and refurbished the whole central heating system. We have nothing but praise for the courteous, reliable and professional way he goes about his business. This also applies to his assistant Scott. We have never had cause for complaint other than you have to book him as soon as possible as he is always very busy with his MANY very satisfied customers. I can only assume that the two bad reports are on the wrong site. I have recommended him to friends and family, all of whom have been very satisfied.

John explained a number of options and prices for replacing my old gas boiler and programmer and having selected one he quickly arranged a date the following week. The work was completed tidily and efficiently in one day without any problems and continues to do so. I would be more than happy to recommend the company for any similar work.

Had a central heating system and bathroom fitted last year and couldn't fault any of the work absolutely professional and brilliant, wouldn't hesitate to recommend to anyone. I can’t recommend John and his team highly enough. He put right a leaking wet room that was installed by another installer that turned out to be a cowboy! A job that most companies wouldn’t have touched! He and Scott are professional, reliable, courteous, trustworthy extremely hard working and their work is of a very high standard. They competed the work on time and were very efficient, me, my family and all my friends are impressed with the standard of the bathroom completed. I had a new boiler fitted changing to a pressurised system with a Combi. John and Scott explained all the options to me and suggested alternative locations that I hadn't thought of, so i even got a new kitchen cupboard out of it. Professional and tidy job completed with all the old tanks and pipework removed, old pipe flue to the external wall bricked up and looks like it was never there. Wouldn't go anywhere else in future. Highly recommended.
