MBH Services have just completed a thorough and professional clean of my roof, gutters, fascias, the amount of dirt and moss they removed was staggering. Their final wash down and clean up of the roof and surrounds of house was fantastic. Our house is large detached house so the cleaning took place over number of days, however they always cleaned up before leaving each day. Richard and his team were friendly, reassuring and answered any queries a had during the full cleaning process. The quality of work passed my expectation. Thank you MBH Services

I meet Richard whilst he was doing some drainage work for the school I work at and he came highly recommended by the school site manager when I asked about his work. He came along to my house to give advice about a blocked drain, and although they were not able to clear it due to access (I need to get a toilet taken out) they were able to locate the blockage and give excellent advice regarding contacting United Utilities (who were also very helpful), and how to proceed as efficiently and as economically as possible. It has been stressful and I am quite worried, but Richard and his colleague Curtis were friendly and helpful and polite to my neighbours as well as they needed access through their garage. He has also asked me to keep them posted in case there is anything further they can do to help as a follow up. An old school 'gentleman tradesman', and I am very happy to recommend the firm.

Richard was very professional and did a great job of clearing the moss from the extension roof plus clearing all the gutters and downpipes. He provided photographs afterwards to show where he had done the work. I would recommend him to anyone else and we'll definitely be booking him in again next year.

Richard from MBH started the New Year with a very comprehensive cleaning of our gutters. He's started a new business here, investing in state of the art equipment. The focus is on minimal damage to the gutters. I was very pleased with the results and am actively looking forward to it raining to see the impact of his work. I live in a terraced street and Richard was happy to talk about a discounted price for doing six houses at the same time. As he pointed out, it's the set up and driving that takes up a lot of the time. I wish him well with this new venture and can happily recommend him to others. Andrew

Really happy with the service provided by MBH services. We were let down last minute by another external cleaner but I called Richard and he came out the same day to review the scope and quote and even managed to undertake the works early the next day. The building has had a complete transformation for getting all the gutters cleared out, moss and ivy staining removed from brickwork, dead and fresh ivy removal, windows washed and jet washed the pathway outside the new office. Really happy with everything MBH have done and will 100% recommend using them.

Had years of moss growing on roof, looking a mess, blocking the gutters and messing up the driveway. After years of not getting round to having the roof replaced at great cost I decided to give a roof clean a try. I was not particularly optimistic but was delighted with the results. It looks brand new (the tiles are a completely different colour than I thought they were). It's given an old roof years more life. The team were punctual and friendly and cleaned up after themselves. Called MBH services in a emergency blockage. Richard was very helpful on the phone and explained the process. Kept me informed about when they were coming to have a look at the problem. Within a few hours a guy called Brad came and explained the process and diagnosed the problem and then continued on to fix it. Very professional and fair with the price. Brad was great very hard working. Considering I had already had a company out who had told me there was no problem when there clearly was, I was very happy with these guys as they were very thorough and got to the bottom of the problem and now everything is great. I contacted MBH Services to clear a blocked drain at a terraced house. Customer service from Richard was very good and the Jetter unit and operator (Brad) arrived at the time promised. Brad was very helpful in identifying the problem and clearing the blockage. The charging system was transparent and based on an initial 1 hours charge with any subsequent time taken charged in 15 minute blocks so I knew what I would have to pay. The price seemed fair and reasonable. Should I have any drainage problems in the future, I would be happy to go back to MBH.

We needed a CCTV survey of our drains. MBH responded really, really promptly to the contact form which I submitted on their website (within the hour). They were able to survey the drains very promptly and provided a detailed report by email the next day (including access to CCTV footage via dropbox). Their survey was very good value already but the cost was reduced immediately following the survey (without my request!) when it was discovered by the technician that our drains system was shorter than expected and required less time to check. Would certainly use again and recommend.
