I initially found this company as needed my gas fire servicing, great job so when our boiler errored I contacted them again, they came out that same day & advised, as we suspected that it needed replacing, Billy sourced a replacement that eve & his great team fitted it the following day! Really nice guys, honest, friendly, very respectful & tidy. So pleased I found this company, would highly recommend.

Great service and Billy is very professional and thorough and tidy. Definitely use him and Dixon's again. Fantastic job installing a one of those fancy floor to ceiling steel radiators in a bathroom and replacing a broken circuit board on the boiler. I was very impressed with Dixons Gas and Plumbing as they have done an excellent work on an emergency call out for a leak in our bathroom. Had my hot water cylinder fail and Dixons was the one that came through with the most reasonable quote (Billy was the only one of 3 plumbers who quoted and listened to me that 4 weeks before Christmas, I didn't want the "Rolls Royce" of cylinders, but a good middle of the road one), combined with turning up on time and answering emails and calls quickly. Put together with all the positive reviews, I felt comfortable that they'd do a good job. I did ask about the cylinder make and model and did my own research that confirmed that he was quoting with a decent cylinder. On the day they turned up on time, were tidy and quick. No fuss, just got the job done and I appreciated that. Now the big question of would I use them again? Definitely, yes.

What do you do when your power shower stops working? Its the shower that kick starts me in the morning, so now the day would be blighted. But, within half a day of a call to Bill at Dixon Gas, a new Monsoon pump had been installed and life was back to normal. A fast response, tidy workmanship and at a reasonable price.
