I’m not one for writing reviews normally but these guys have got me out of trouble on 2 occasions now at short notice, very professional nice genuine guys fair price and a great standard of work. Great experience. Emailed for a quote for a boiler service, prompt reply with the details required and we was quickly booked in at a convenient date. The guys came round at the time given to me and done such a good job. Will defiantly be using these again in the future

Last Tuesday night I opened a cupboard in my kitchen to find water. I look up and it’s coming through the ceiling just underneath where my water cylinder is, I go upstairs to find water dribbling out of my immersion. I google 24hr plumbers and Mays came up. I called them and they immediately came out. There were with me inside and hour and isolated the problem. I was in a panic because I had family coming that weekend and was faced with having no hot water. I emailed them to ask when they could fit me in, and they came out that Friday am and sorted it. Absolutely superb service, lovely lovely people and priced perfectly even for the emergency call out! I have now said they will be in charge of all my plumbing work going forward. Thanks so much to the Mays team!!!

Phoned for a plumber on a sunday and was given advice over the phone to rectify my noisy boiler within 5 minutes. Most plumbers quoted over £100 to come out and view on a Sunday without any actual fix. Excellent service!! Def recommend!! Thank you!!!

We had a serious leak in a shower room and called out at 830pm. Steve arrived within 20 mins, checked the megaflow tank, isolated the electric shower and capped it off in 30 mins to allow us to get the water back on. Very quick response and got us sorted out. Great stuff!

We had a problem with our emersion heater. Called Mays Plumbing and Heating and they were with us within 2 hours!. He was very efficient and talked us through the problem. Very professional and speedy service. In this day and age with what you watch on tv, it is nice knowing there are people out there you can trust and rely on. Fanatastic work. Sterling service. I've always had reliability issues with plumbers but not with Mays PGS. The staff couldn't be more helpful and their prices are good as well. Called Steve at 11pm after I came home to a mini flood and he saved my bacon.

By the time any other company responded Mays had come out, repaired it and left!. Not only that they performed more checks than any other service engineer I had and gave me great ongoing advice, I would strongl advise anyone to use them- finally an honest and geat gas boiler service
