A.New city heating is a great place to get what you want but unfortunately they are closing down I think it's a great shame as have been there for years 😕 😔 thank you new city heating fir your service over the years we will miss you staff have always been helpful all your customers will miss you not sure when they shut
S. D.Went to get new bits for overflowing toilet. My husband is not allowed out. So went with old flow system plus list of bits. Gentlemen who served me, sorted everything out for me, plus bits my husband had missed. With added instructions for my husband. Absolutely brilliant. So helpful.

He had lots of hints and tips, proper old school knowledge! If we don't use these shops we will lose the knowledge that these places offer. Cost £5 and 2 mins to fix and not £100 for new taps!
P. R.I needed to replace the valve in a kitchen tap it is a non-standard length and non of the other shops I tried could help me. The feller in New City Heating reassembled the innards of my old non-standard valve from the internals of a new unit - problem solved. Saved me the cost of a new tap. This place is a gem.
A.These guys saved us from calling out a plumber!
Me and my dad have been refitting his new kitchen. We’ve got so far as DIYers and thought we’d finally got to a point we’d have to pay a tradesman and give in. Replumbing the new kitchen drain to facilitate a half sink and extra appliance threw us completely with the naff plumbing supplied with the sink.
Took a few pictures and a sample of the pipe sizes and needless to say the team at this shop put their heads together using the picture and recommended a few solutions and whittled it down to the perfect solution. They explained what we needed to do and asked us if we had additional bits we’d have forgotten and cursed about when we got home.
I certainly will be using this place again, reasonably priced for advice and parts are excellent quality and easy to use.
