Fantastic service, called for a blocked drain on a bank holiday, reasonable out of hours callout fee. Chris who came to clear the blockage was professional quick and hosed down the mess. will used again if i have a blocked drain.

We had a blocked drain and needed someone out quickly to clear it. Drainrod were with us first thing the following morning and had it cleared in no time! The staff on the phone were very helpful and the guy that came out was supper friendly and cheerful, despite having to get the truck up a very steep, narrow and twisty lane. Couldn't be happier with the service and at a very reasonable price!

Had an issue with sewer blockage, rang them on Sunday morning and by the afternoon they had cleared the blockage and cleaned up the mess it had made. Great service and very friendly, would recommend!

Local company found online and able to help me out with domestic drain blockage within 48 hours. The team that cleared the blockage were first class. Kept me well informed and all cleared down and cleaned up in set time. Call-out/.hourly rate a bit more expensive than others but they have a way of adding costs on once they arrive. Drainrod said they'd clear it for the price and they did it on time and with good site operation.

Outstanding service. I received a polite, friendly and prompt response from the office. They arrived within three hours of my phone call as promised and I received a "heads up" call from the office 30 minutes before they arrived which was very helpful. They cleared both our foul and storm drains within 30 minutes of arrival, leaving no mess. I strongly recommend you look no further than Drainrod if you have problems with your drains.

I rang Drainrod early Saturday morning. They were very helpful and arranged a visit early afternoon. The engineer was very efficient and the service was very good. Within 15 minutes he had cleared the blockage for me . First class service and not expensive . Would highly recommend this company and will defiantly use them in future.
