I was desperate for a plumber because I had water running from my toilet and all over the floor. The service I received was prompt efficient and reasonable. The plumber sent was on time, very professional especially given COVID restrictions and did a fantastic job. thank you james

I’ve just had an excellent response for a plumbing emergency at my first floor flat. I rang UK Emergency Plumbers and was spoken to calmly and reassured my plumbers will be with me within 90 minutes. They arrived well within this time frame. Extremely polite and it was nice to see teaching with an apprentice present. My exterior exit sewage/waste pipe was leaking onto my downstairs neighbours flat roof. All was dealt with quickly and efficiently and explained every step of the way- they were happy to stand show and explain the issues. They provided me with realistic time frames, resolved the initial problem and are coming back to properly fix it as soon as possible. I am also just about to have work done in my kitchen and they gave me full advice on how it should be done, what fittings should be used etc to ensure the builder coming to do it does it properly. An excellent service who I would recommend to anyone. Left tidy and explained insurance procedures too.

12:30 at night, my radiator detaches itself from the wall, ended up with water all over the place. we had an emergency plumber with us in well under an hour and fixed the problem in less than 40 minutes, good as new. Friendly , fast , professional, 10 stars!
