Jamie took tine out of his own day, for free, to help rescue several houses from flooding after a phenomenal amount of rain cause water surges in the Freshwater area. A HUGE good deed combined with common sense is a rare commodity. We are all hugely great full and will be using him as a top priority in future. We had Jamie and Co of RenoDrain around to fix our upstairs toilet this morning, at our house in Totland Bay...It was not a simple job and had been giving us problems for years, but Jamie got stuck in straight away, found the problem and went about fixing it with a smile on his face! (he would not be beaten!!) Fantastic service. Jamie arrived on a Sunday morning within half an hour to sort out our complicated blocked sewer just before it started to overflow. He worked out the problem with his camera and removed the blockage and left everything clean and tidy. He refused to charge us enough as he wants to remain the cheapest service on the Isle of Wight! We had about 15 metres worth of clay drains that had extensive holes throughout. Jamie came around surveyed and provided a patching quote by the next day. The quote was very reasonable and Jamie started work as soon as the parts arrived. He managed to complete in just over a day and went above and beyond with one of the holes which was a metre wide and therefore much trickier to fix. He also made sure I was kept up to date at all times. Would 100% recommend.

I saw Jamie when I was out, I asked him if he would come and look at my drains, he was very obliging. Jamie arrived when he said, told me what was wrong with my drains, which was worse than I originally thought. Jamie was due to come on the Tuesday to fix the problem he arrived on time and spent three hours fixing my drainage. Jamie is a lovely person, he said he liked to treat people as if they were his own family, and he did not disappoint, his charged a good price that could not be argued with, he clearly cares about his customers, I would recommend Jamie to others and would definitely use him again.

Jamie came out on a Sunday morning to do CCTV drain survey and inspection of my grey water drain. No issues were found with my installation however Jamie has come up with a solution to cure my recent "back flow" issues. Blocked sewage pipe today of all days! The first two numbers I called were inundated due to heavy rain and couldn't come out today. The whole house drain was collapsing, overgrown with tree roots and 20 years of non-maintenance and the manholes were all blocked. We've had problems with a particular blocked loo for ages and it's never been properly cured, so I was super impressed when Jamie arrived and not only cured the block well enough to see us through the lettings season but quickly identified the underlying problem using his state-of-the-art equipment and we now know how to solve the problem permanently. He really knows his stuff, he's friendly, intelligent, helpful and honest, and I know that if I have any drainage or blockage problem over the summer he'll come straight over and fix it, which is such a relief.
