As I’m not local to the area I needed to find and use a new plumber for my renovation project. Work included a New boiler installation, bathroom second fix, radiators and kitchen second fix. Met Steve at the property, went through what was required. Quote arrived next day, work was carried out at the times requested even though I’d moved the days because of delays. Steve was and still is always available on the phone to discuss matters. I will be renovating again in the very near future and will definitely be using Steve again. Thanks again Steve

Used Steve for emergency water leak in bathroom that had shorted lights. Had no lighting, water or heating for 5 hours - after calling insurance and them giving ridiculously long times to supply assistance, Steve came within 2 hours to fix.

Steven sorted a major problem after the old shower was removed with calm professionalism and installed the new one with great skill. Stress free and value for money. First time I’d used this company and Steve Cooper came within 10 minutes of first contact. Sorted out my leaking pipes emergency straight away and got my water and heating back on and working. Showed me what the problem was and then came back the same day and supplied and fitted my new taps and pipe work. Excellent service and will definitely recommend.

We moved into our house 8 years ago and hadnt really done any work to it. The ensuite bathroom had been done by the previous owners to an extremely poor and non functional standard with pointless boxing and also we found out the lighting in the shower itself that wasn’t waterproof. Not knowing any plumbers we looked at mybuilder.com and put a brief description on and waited for some responses. We got 4 responses and contacted a few back. From the first call with Steve, we felt confident and comfortable with him and the following day he came round to assess the job. He was extremely polite, courteous and punctual too. He came up with some great ideas and solutions and we knew we wanted him to do the job. He explained that he was busy and booking a few months in advance, which in itself is reassuring as I always worry slightly about tradesman that aren’t busy, and we booked him in. He was completely transparent and said we could order the parts ourselves or he could do it for us and he said he doesn’t take any mark up on these items. He project managed all the aspects of the job from arranging the skip, electricians and plasterers which made life much easier not having to coordinate. All the people he recommended were of an equally superb standard of professionalism and reliability and works to the highest standard. Steve gave us a fixed price for the whole job so no need to worry about day rates or by the hour etc and this included all the other trademens work too. Steves communication was excellent and he talked us through each step and involved us along the way to ensure that at each step we were happy with what was going on and what was going where. He was conscientious of us working from home and gave plenty of advance notice of any times where noise couldn’t be avoided which considering the whole job is ripping out a bathroom and drilling etc was impressive to be that conscientious. He would let us know each day even if he was going to even be ten minutes late and worked continuously to get the job done. He was very clean and tidy. Steves advice on what would and wouldn’t work and whole design made everything easy and would always provide an invoice for anything he had purchased directly to show that we were paying the actual cost. The quality of his work was incredible and he has transformed a dull and dreary ensuite into a well designed luxury space. We couldn’t be happier and couldn’t recommend him highly enough for the quality of work, communication and orchestration to ensure everything is done with all other tradesman such as electrician and plasterer. Not only this but he is economical, reliable and completely dependable too. So much s, we have booked him for more work later in Spring too.
