Rob completed a full bathroom refurbishment for us last week. He is a really nice guy and explains each day what he is going to do and what is involved. His work is completed to a very high standard and he is meticulous in planning and execution. Rob also installed 3 new radiators for us while on site - these were not part of the planned job but he was happy to accommodate our additional request. I am happy to highly recommend Rob based on our own experience of his knowledge, care and attention and quality of workmanship.

Rob refitted our En-suite. He was professional from start to finish, explaining everything he did each day. He was extremely efficient and tidy. He finished well within the time frame he gave us when he quoted, and well within the quoted price, so we were extremely satisfied. Rob completed a refit of our en-suite, including moving a wall, and changing all the plumbing and waste to accommodate a revised layout. He also undertook a subsequent job for us which was a refit of a shower in a 2nd en-suite which had been poorly done by another bathroom fitter. From start to finish Rob was professional, informative and his work was completed to the highest standard. As is often the case with these types of jobs, things crop up which are unforeseen, but Rob always had a solution, which he would discuss and explain fully with us before proceeding. The work also needed an electrician and a plasterer, Rob arranged these tradesmen to complete the work which was also completed to a high standard. I wouldn’t use anyone else for similar work from now on. Highly recommended.

Rob did a full bathroom and un suite renovation for us. This is a first time job for us so had no idea of what was involved and the potential pit falls of taking out an old bathroom. The support, advice and solutions offered at each step was second to none. Rob is very tidy, professional and the work was all completed in a timely manor. We would highly recommend.

We found Rob via a recommendation from a neighbour. He completely stripped and refitted both our en-suite bathroom and main family bathroom during June-July 2020 and we’re so delighted with the results. Right from our first contact Rob was brilliantly professional - he responded in a timely manner to our initial query, provided a competitive quote in a prompt manner, always arrived on time each day, worked really tidily and cleaned everything away at the end of each day, and was communicative with us throughout the whole process. These really weren’t the easiest of jobs either - we asked for custom shower niches in a pretty tight space, we had wonky walls and floors to contend with, and we were delayed when some tiles turned up broken from the manufacturer. We really threw a lot at him but Rob was calm and professional throughout and the finished product is fantastic, we’re so delighted. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Rob to anyone!

During recent refurbishments to our home, Rob ripped out and installed two new bathrooms, a cloakroom and did the new kitchen plumbing too. He is an exceptional worker, extremely proficient, knowledgeable, punctual, respectful and very tidy. He sets himself a very high standard and is only happy when he's sure his work is perfect which is a rare quality these days. He did a wonderful job and we are delighted with the end results. We would rate him higher than 5 stars if it were possible.

Rob refitted our main bathroom, en-suite and downstairs toilet in August/September 2020 and we are really pleased with all the work he’s done. He’s very hard working and worked through the weekend and on a bank-holiday to make sure he finished when he said he would (having faced some challenges due to our oddly bespoke/elderly plumbing, our request for fancy/complicated electric showers and having to wait for a replacement bath when the original was found to have a nick). His attention to detail and to quality (proper braised copper joints on all the pipe work etc.) has resulted in some really smart looking rooms. He was also very tidy and unobtrusive whilst here doing the work. We would thoroughly recommend him.

Cannot recommend Rob at Easyflow Plumbing & heating enough! We had a nightmare of a project in a very old cottage which involved relocating a bathroom, taking down walls, installing new walls etc. From start to finish we received nothing but quality and professionalism! Even though Rob is a plumber by trade, Rob and his team Of contractors took care of all aspects of the job to the highest of standards! Nothing seemed to phase him or his team. The carpenter Luke, electrician Nick, plasterer Ian and tiler Sam were all top quality tradesmen. We benchmarked his quote against 2 other companies and his quote was slightly cheaper but much more detailed. He took the time to run through the programme of works with us and had some great ideas on how to make use of our very tight spaces. Always a worry trying to find a good plumber/project manager but I’d definitely use Rob/Easyflow Plumbing & heating again without a second thought! Only problem we had was the amount of biscuits and tea Rob and his team went through, ended up being more than the quote :) Top quality. Cheers Ryan

Rob is very thorough and has a good eye for the detail. He worked in a way that minimised disruption and he was very tidy, cleaning up after himself as he worked. Really pleased with the end result. I would definitely use him again as and when the other bathrooms need an overhaul.

We thoroughly recommend Rob at Easyflow Plumbing, we recently had our downstairs cloakroom revamped and Rob had to completely rip out everything in order that the tiling could be done, he was very prompt extremely hard working and very tidy while doing the job, he then came back to install the new toilet, radiator and sink cupboard, all working perfectly and looking great, Robs quote was very realistic for the work carried out, he is extremely professional and very personable as well as hard working, it was a pleasure to have him do the work and we wouldn't hesitate to recommend him.
