I had Cameron come and instal a new shower for me this week and what a star! I'm very impressed with him and the rest of the team. Not only does the shower look amazing and is finished to such a high standard, he did all the cutting in the snowy windy weather and it's perfect. Brilliant skills. Would definitely recommend. Left the bathroom immaculate too which was wonderful. Thanks guys.

I had Cameron come to my rental property today to look at some plumbing issues. He was very polite and helpful and sorted / fixed issues that other, much older plumbers had not been able to sort out on previous visits. For example , I had a plumber come to replace my bedroom radiator thermostat as it was stuck on full heat. That plumber replaced the TRV head but left the rad on full heat with non functional brand new TRV. Cameron sorted that quickly and efficiently. I had to leave whilst he was doing his work so left him a key which he kindly placed in the location I requested and he sent me a complimentary text to confirm he was finished and had sorted the issues and secured the property and left. As an electrician myself who is often in and out of peoples homes , I would say Cameron is a fine example of a good tradesman. Top scores 10 / 10

We used Ash and the team to install a new boiler, cylinder and radiators; they were able to get the job done quickly and the work was fantastic. They are now back to complete two bathroom renovations, the work and customer service as ever is spot on. I would highly recommend them!

Had an outside tap installed today, Clayton who installed it did a fantastic job. He did the installation brilliantly, was very professional and left us very pleased with the final product. Excellent service received from Nathan and Sean in regards to the boiler installation and historic issues - although I was without heating for 7 days, not once did they make me feel that I was on my own with this issue they were very approachable and happy to assist. The lads are down to earth even Steve and his son Ashley - an excellent outfit cannot fault them would not use anyone else.

Amazing service from start to finish , boiler broke on the Tuesday , Steve was round the same day to diagnose the issue , I decided to replace the boiler and he had two very polite and professional young men round the next day. Job was finished to a very high standard and my house was spotless when they finished . Would highly recommend to friends and family

Boiler went down a day ago, tried many local companies with no availability or no responses, got recommended Steve Farmer by a friend and was impressed by their professionalism, speed of repair and great value. Would definitely recommend and will use again in the future if needed.

I've used SFP&H on a number of occasions, most recently on a boiler pressure fault. They were very professional, well mannered and perhaps most importantly, fixed the issue diligently, whilst explaining how the fault occurred and gave advice about fault 'signs' in the future. It is saddening to see the poor reviews for Steve Farmer and Son. We have used them countless times with no complaints. Excelling expectations in many cases. For example, we recently moved and needed an oven fitted. They can, saw another part was needed. Went and ordered it came back and even checked other things while here at no extra charge. If they did work you're not happy with, let them know, i am sure they would return to fix it (thats assuming we're talking about the same company! ) Great father and son team!
