They arrived on time, wore shoe covers and carried out the work quietly and efficiently. They even cleared up the mess and cut my shelf to fit the new space. (They didn't even have a cup of tea). Absolutely brilliant, can’t fault Kirk at all. He first helped me out for the first time after our boiler was serviced by someone else where a fault was identified, they couldn’t identify the problem or fix it. Kirk managed to find out the fault through perseverance and got the part really quickly and came back to fix it, and it’s not been a problem since! Most recently we needed our kitchen tap replacing, and as always, a fantastic job was completed. Very efficient and arrived on time as expected. Contacted THS after seeing the positive feedback here. Kirk came out quickly to diagnosis our 35-year-old boiler which had developed a leak and unfortunately reached end of life. He provided us with a quote for installation of a new combi-boiler, removal of old water tanks in airing cupboard and loft, and bricking up on old flue, which proved to be the most competitive of a few quotes gathered over the next few days from other local providers. Kirk and team completed all work within one day, and tidied up after, keeping us well informed throughout the process. Very pleased with the work, efficient and professional service, and competitively priced. Highly recommended!

After being let down by one Gas Engineer, I called THS Plumbing & heating and Kirk answered the phone and too my surprise arranged to come that morning to have a look at my boiler that was not working. Set a time / turned up on time / carried out job extremely efficiently but the seamless paying and sending of gas certificate is super impressive. As a landlord of other properties it’s usually a pain to get an engineer to turn up on time suitable for tenant and getting paperwork after can take days . Huge thanks to THS for coming so quickly. Called at 5pm and was here by 6.10pm on a friday. I had a new boiler fitted just on monday the previous plumbing company was nice at first but seemed very rushed, confused and rude. So I called THS as i didnt want to deal with the other company again. One of the pipes underneath the boiler was leaking and had been probably since the install, it was a good job the boiler was above a bunch of towels and underneath that was a large container otherwise it could have been worse. I'm a builder that's working on a house refurbishment in Northampton. I came into some major difficulty when the combination boiler stopped working after I removed some radiators. The stress was to much for me , I used my phone and typed in for the nearest plumber. THS PLUMBERS came up.
