Typical drama - water leak in the house on the day before (a Saturday) going away for an indeterminate period! Jason answered his mobile and arrived two hours later from a previous job. Repaired the leaking overflow pipe, tested the overflow and seal. A thoroughly professional job with a professional attitude. Great service

Jason completely refurbished my bathroom removing the (very) old one and fitting a completely new modern one including tiling. Jason's quote came in at much less than I had budgeted for, so very pleased there. Jason made made many good suggestions for the bathroom that I hadn't thought of. A really helpful pleasant guy. Just when I needed a plumber, Saturday evening, getting late, no heating or hot water and feeling rather miserable, you get the picture! Jason took my call and was nothing but helpful and totally understanding of my situation. He got me out of fix just as he promised. I needed the kitchen tap replaced and a new tap fitted in the garden and connected to the cold water supply about 8 metres away. Jason did it all with great skill and consideration. He listened patiently to my plans and offered suggestions for improvement making sure that I agreed with what was finally done. His quote for the job was reasonable and he worked without rushing. He had to come in a second time to finish the connection to the garden tap and he did it all within the quote. Jason is skilled, pleasant and very reasonable. If I have another plumbing job in the future I will definitely check to see if he is available to do it.

Called Jason after being let down by HOMESERVE (avoid) He was at another job but told me he could get to me within 2 hours (6pm) We actually managed (with his help) to turn the water off so immediate emergency was avoided. He researched when he got home and came up with a fab temporary solution (for item which was under warranty). He arrived at 9.30am the next day and fixed the problem with minimum of fuss. He was extremely pleasant and friendly (whilst maintaining social distance) I could not recommend highly enough and I will certainly be keeping his number in my phone.

I was very impressed with this plumber and the service he provided. I noticed water dripping from my kitchen ceiling on a Saturday morning, called him and he came an hour later. He quickly found the problem in the bathroom above the kitchen and had it fixed within the hour for a very reasonable price. It has not leaked again since. Really excellent service!

Jason fitted our bathroom for us and provided a great service. He went above and beyond our expectations, kept in contact throughout the whole process and gave us lots of suggestions about what would and wouldn’t work in our bathroom. I became a bit behind with the tiling so the shower wasn’t able to be fitted on the date jason had arranged with us. However jason was very patient and understanding and scheduled us in, when the tiling was completed, for the next day. We also bought the wrong sized radiator and sink, but jason sorted this out for us. The work was completed to a great standard and everything has been fitted perfectly. Price wise, I obtained three quotes from different plumbers and jason was able to beat the most expensive by almost half. Jason didn’t take advantage of our inexperience and knowledge when it came to bathroom fitting. We had no clue! Thanks again jason, it was great working with you.

Called for advice on shower and was told various things to try and no joy, had also sent picture with issue. Cannot praise enough.
