Came the same day as initial call. Had the drains (servicing 3 toilets) all unblocked and flowing perfectly. They were incredibly knowledgeable and told me about how 7 Trent are liable for a repair to our drain, which is great to know.

L. R.Aaron and the team at ADK have been excellent with us as we faced a number of challenges with our outside drainage system. When our drain was blocked they were able to visit us within hours. Unfortunately it turned out to be a broken waste pipe under the driveway causing the blockage rather than a simple blockage. They were so fast to get the block paving lifted but were really mindful to try and keep that to an absolute minimum; tracing the break back to its source and fitting a new gully and pipework in a matter of hours. Professional, friendly, patient and very reasonably priced. Would recommend.
