C. B.We are not accustomed to writing unsolicited letters of commendation but feel compelled to do so after the service received from Steven Waters. Steven has undertaken work on our central heating system on three occasions and he has impressed us each time with the standard of his work, he behaves with total professionalism, explained what he was doing and any options there may be. He was diligent in his work, polite and an ambassador for the company's name and reputation.
We will not hesitate to recommend Steven and MCK to friends and will most certainly be a repeat customer for future services and any repairs that may be needed.
p.I had a plumbing problem for several years and was advised that a lot of work was needed to solve the problem involving installing a new boiler which would be very costly. I decided to have an immersion heater installed. Sam suggested trying to resolve the heating problem instead, which is what I had wanted for some time. This was done promptly and efficiently by an excellent plumber who worked out the best way for me. This also saved me a substantial amount of money. Highly recommend this company.

J. R.I had a week of stress last week with waiting for the insurance plumber to repair my boiler with no joy. The insurance company sent 4 different engineers and they still did not repair my boiler. I cancelled the insurance and called MCK on the 06/09/2021 to repair my boiler. I found the company very helpful. The engineer came out on the same day . He had a thorough look at my boiler and identified l needed a new pump.
The pump was replaced on Wednesday 08/09/2021. My boiler is now working . The plumber called Sam was very helpful and checked my boiler thoroughly before he left. I have always found this company professional, helpful and effecient. They let me know how much the work is going to cost before they do the repair.
I would definitely recommend this company to my family and friends.

Martin came out to our property and advised us on what we required to improve the efficiency of our aging boiler and upgrade our low pressure hot water system. After a couple of days we received a quotation of which we accepted and we agreed a start date. Th installation went smooth and the results are 100% brilliant, and bang on budget.
