Fasil and his brother were very professional and helpful. They arrived very quickly after I rang them saying my boiler and heater had broken down. They have arranged the old boiler and water tank removal, new boiler installation and new shower installation as soon as possible for me even though he had a tight schedule and have installed them professionally. I was very impressed by their work! They are really friendly, experienced and have definitely saved me a lot of hassle. I would highly recommend their company and thank you so much again!

I have used this business twice now. Once for a landlord's gas inspection certificate and again for a gas boiler issue. Fasil can usually be contacted immediately on the mobile number and will always try to schedule a visit as soon as possible. His busy schedule is testament to the quality of work and hence demand for his services. He is polite, friendly and above all very knowledgeable with anything related to heating or plumbing. I can recommend NGP to anyone looking for good old-fashioned levels of service.

After coming home from holiday on New Years Day to a boiler that wouldn't start I called almost 10 other local businesses who said either they couldn't help or they didn't answer. Nottingham Gas and Plumbing made an emergency call to fix it in the evening and did so at a cost I could afford.
