We used Gareth to undertake a CCTV survey of our drains following completion of an extension. Not knowing much about the process and submission, Gareth lead us through it and the next steps. Despite the complexity in accessing some of the drains around the property, Gareth provided additional video footage for the report and support the submission. In addition to this Gareth responded quickly to the request for the inspection, and provided the report promptly. Thank you for a complete and professional service. Will definitely be looking to used Gareth in the future should the need arise.

Absolutely FANTASTIC. Gareth was called out solely to inspect the drain due to a drainage issue that left us not being able to use our toilet properly for over a year. Everyone that had been out was completely stumped by the issue. However upon inspecting the drain Gareth went above and beyond what he had been called out to do and actually completely fixed the issue nobody else had been brave enough to do! Absolute 10/10 service, not to mention the fact he’s an absolute gem of a bloke! Brilliant work service and A Class customer service. 100% recommend to anyone without a doubt!

Having used Gareth before on a problem with a Soak away. I had no hesitation in calling him with my problem of my drains kept blocking up. Upon inspection we decided that the drain needed replacing. He and his team Paul and Keith worked there socks off to install the new drainage pipe digging a trench of 40 metres by hand. They did a brilliant job and left the site in brilliant condition. Gareth can to review my issue, and found that we couldn't find the inspection chamber. Absolutely gem! I called Gareth after having a blocked drain for the 2nd time in 3 month... Not only did he come out promptly to clear it; he CCTV'd it to check for further issues and advised on how to move forwards. We had a smell of sewage coming from the drains under our extension. Contacted Gareth, who replied straight away and even offered to attend the next day if i was worried it was urgent. He agreed to come the following Sunday morning and arrived on time, and got straight to it. Quickly found the issue and was able to carry out the work using some spares he had on his van. Despite having to go in to a tiny crawl space under the floor! Would recommend if you have any issues.
