Matt and his team fitted a new boiler and unvented cylinder for us. The work was done to a very high standard, as per previous works completed earlier this year with a new bathroom. I have no hesitation in recommending Ford Plumbing and Heating, and really like the way they work - always professional, friendly and willing to explain what they are doing to a curious customer! Once again, a fair price for the work, and I really do consider myself very fortunate to have used these guys again

Ford Plumbing and Heating services completed a full refurbishment of our bathroom which included re-plastering of the ceiling, tiling of the walls and floor, installation of the shower and cubical, sink and toilet. All of the work was carried out by skilled craftsmen who completed their tasks to a very high standard. The electrical work, which included new ceiling lights, extraction fan and underfloor heating was also completed to a very high standard. We are absolutely delighted with our new shower room and would fully recommended Ford Plumbing and Heating without hesitation.

I asked our marvellous local builder (purveyor of exceptional workmanship) who had done his bathroom and he said Ford Plumbing and Heating. Well, if Ford Plumbing and Heating are good enough for our builder, then Ford Plumbing and Heating is good enough for us. Matt Ford guided us through every step of the process of creating our new bathroom. His team were super efficient and produced exactly the bathroom we wanted with no hassles. Great workmanship. Ford Plumbing replaced our boiler, radiators, pump, valves and thermostat and carried out an extensive cleaning and flushing of the system. The work was planned and carried out extremely efficiently and professionally providing us with hot water every evening and heating from the second day, with the work completed ahead of time. Communication was excellent throughout, and an issue discovered with the original wiring was discussed and an effective solution found to avoid any delay, despite considerable effort required by the engineer. Everyone involved was extremely pleasant and considerate; we were completely happy to have them in our home and to go out during the day. We were extremely happy with the high quality of the work and the very fair price.

We had a complete bathroom refurbishment with the entire project from design to installation completed by Ford. The workmanship was done to every high standard by Henry and Dan. They were a pleasure to host and treated our house with great respect communicating with us really well and going to great lengths to keep our home clean. Really professional and friendly, great job and they cleared up properly! For the main day of the installation the guys were on time but the second day were late due to difficulties fitting a customer's bathroom tap prior. It was no problem for me as I'm working from home and he had the courtesy to explain plus it was the same morning in any case. Oh and get the cafetière out as the guys like their coffee :) All in all would have no hesitancy what so ever to recommend.

I have used Ford Plumbing for several jobs, recently fitting a vanity unit with sink. Very nice job, reliable service. Hopefully will be getting Matt to do a much larger plumbing later in the year. Getting a plumber that is prepared to do small and larger jobs, taps to boiler fitting and turn up when they say can be problematic. Matt is very trustworthy, does a good job, and turns up when says. Very happy with the overall service.

Really happy with my new boiler. Excellent job, fair price and a really nice company to deal with. Fantastic aftercare when I ran out of gas and wondered why my heating was off.
