Graham visited to resolve a blockage on an external drain to our house. Graham arrived on time, clearly explained the charges and has the drains flowing again in no time. Great work Graham. I would highly recommend.

He turned up on time and quickly identified the problem. Unfortunatly it was a problem with the Thames Water sewer system and he said he is not allowed to work on that. I called them out to do the job. I paid the call out fee.

Our toilet flush button was broken on our toilet, and the cistern totally sealed. Phoned up Graham to see if he could fix it - 80 minutes after I made that call, he left our house having fitted a new one. We might have been lucky with his timing (that he wasn't currently on another job) but very, very happy at how quickly he resolved this. Hopefully we won't need anything else done for a while, but if we do, we know who we'll call.

Graham was really brilliant - when I rang him, he was doing a job in Reading, but came to me as soon as he had finished. He found the problem and sorted it out so I now have a properly functioning loo - thank goodness. What a pleasant man and how efficient.

Required an urgent plumber, gave him a call and he qas very friendly on the phone. Arrived within an hour. Quoted me a price for the job then got to work. The job turned into a bit more than he originally thought but he carried on with it and didn't charge any extra even though I offered to pay more for his troubles. Couldn't be more satisfied with this service. Price very reasonable as well considering it was an emergency call out.

Arrived within an hour after our toilet had become blocked. Gave us an extremely reasonable quote upfront and stuck to that despite it taking quite a lot of investigating and issues with accessing the drain as it was under our decking. And gave a 3 month warranty! Highly recommended

A pipe snapped out of its fitting causing water to flood everywhere. Having rang around to others and been asked to pay upfront or wait an hour, we got hold of Graham who was round within 20 minutes of ringing. He located our external stop tap, fixed on a new pipe, mopped the floor and was gone within the hour. Very reasonably priced and great service.

Nice bloke; came out at short notice to fit a new toilet cistern that I'd bought from Wickes. The new cistern came with a sub-standard fastener which caused a leak. GB Plumbing returned, again at short notice, and supplied and fitted a new fastener at no extra cost. This has cured the leak. Thanks - great service!
