I can honestly say that Oxtech Facilities are the most professional, proficient and value for money trades people that we have had in our home. They completed an overhaul of our family bathroom at the beginning of June 2022. They made a fantastic first impression, all wearing smart uniforms and big smiles. The communication by their admin staff has been incredible, we felt informed every step of the way. During the two weeks that it took to complete the work, we met the whole team. Grant and Paul did the first bits, they were knowledgeable, experienced and communicated brilliantly if there were any issues. Then Corie came to do the tiling. Oh my goodness is he a talented man! I felt so sorry for him as our house doesn't have a flat surface in sight. He was so meticulous at making sure he did the absolute best job he could possibly do (despite us having bought the most awkward floor tiles, sorry!). The tiles look absolutely stunning. Michael and Mark then came to finish up, and again, everything was done with such proficiency and care, and they asked us questions along the way to ensure we got exactly what we wanted. I cannot recommend this company enough. Thank you for a genuinely wonderful and stress free experience from start to finish.

Oxtech are brilliant and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them. They have done several jobs for us including installing a new boiler which has improved our heating no end. The engineers are friendly, professional and take pride in their work. And we always receive excellent customer service (including prompt communication) from their head office. 10/10!

Very positive experience with Oxtech Facilities. Mark and Michael came to carry out some repairs on our boiler and it became apparent that the repair work was more extensive than anticipated and so we decided to install a new boiler. They were able to carry out the replacement the following day so we weren't left for long without a functioning boiler. Gary, who did the installation, was efficient and helpful. We received a helpful explanation of the key features of the new boiler, and the team tidied up really well once the work was finished.

These guys are very professional, and provide tailor made service to customer need. Team is very efficient, good time keeping and deliver high quality service at reasonable price. I had new heating boiler, number of new radiators, new pump, hive smart Thermostat supplied and installed in just two days. I am very impressed and fully satisfied with the job. We are so happy with our beautiful new bathroom. The whole team were so professional. Paul & Grant were great, so clean & tidy, Corry the tiler did such a beautiful job & Mark & Michael installed the bathroom at such a high standard. Any problems we had with the bathroom suppliers were sorted out the same day by Mark & Michael so we didn't have any stress ourselves. They all worked so hard even on the hottest days. We had great service from Oxtech. They were friendly, reliable, and completed a job for us really quickly (installation of an external waste pipe and installing new pipes from a boiler to a new washing machine location in the garage). After they left, I didn't even need to pick up a broom - they left the place spotless and if it weren't for the new pipe outside, you'd never notice any work had been done at all! A couple of months on, and everything has been working perfectly, we've had no issues at all. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again

The Oxtech are absolute professionals - they are organised, prompt, friendly and all their work is done with perfection. They fitted a new boiler and water tank in my home and they were nothing put polite and helpful throughout the whole process, always ensuring they were keeping the place clean and not disturbing more than needed. They even took the time to record a instruction video for me, a reflection of their customer focused approach. Highly recommend these guys.

Mark and Mike from Oxtech were amazing. They sorted a fairly trivial issue which another service provider couldn’t. Very professional , friendly and polite. I am not going to look any further than Oxtech for any more of my heating/plumbing issues. Highly recommend them.

The Oxtech team did a great job installing a new system for us (removing the water tank and immersion heater, for a pressurised system). We had our bathroom redone by Oxtech. Jess has always been really quick and efficient to reply with any questions. They organised a date/time to quote quickly and booked us in. We are thrilled with our new bathroom and how Mark, Michael and the rest of the team handled the refit. Really good finish and they were all really friendly. We chose to have the also have our gas fireplace checked by them and they managed to book us in quickly. Any further plumbing/gas work that we need, we will most definitely be asking Oxtech. Couldn’t recommend them more.
