What an absolute pleasure it was to deal with Dave Patey. He is so knowledgeable with all the products, gave a great floor plan of our bathroom to be and such a personable guy. I wish all sales people were like him , it was as if we were the most important and time was no object. He also had a sense of humour which is seriously lacking nowadays. Last Autumn I wanted to refurbish one of my bathrooms and I was doing the rounds of bathroom stores when I came across City Plumbing and Dave Patey – from then on it was plain sailing. Very pleased with the service we received right from the start to the completion of our bathroom projects. Dave Patey gave us very useful impartial advice helping us to select exactly the type and style of bathroom furniture that we were after. There was never any pressure and we never felt we were being sold something we really didn't need. This encouraged us to choose City Plumbing above all others we visited. We are very happy with the quality of the materials. There was a hiccup with delivery which is the only reason I didn't give CP 5 stars. Clearly something went awry between the suppliers, the warehouse and the delivery team, not just once but twice. Dave pulled out all the stops to rectify the problems asap and saved the day, much to the relief of our bathroom installer.
