Had a thermostatic shower replaced (like-for-like) a few weeks ago. I thought the shower was too cold and then it was pointed out to me the correct was to use this particular shower, which I had been using incorrectly for a number of years! I booked 2 hours to have a shower and central heating valve repaired plus a tap changed and inhibiter added to my heating system. All works were completed to a good standard in a timely manner. Staff have a good level of technical knowledge, are polite, keep you informed and keep the work areas tidy/ leave things clean when they are finished. Its good knowing the cost upfront and they keep you well informed if there are any extra items needed or recommended.

Arrived early and serviced my boiler as requested. I was sent an estimate for some additional work that I requested and after emailing them back Twice to arrange a date I eventually gave up after receiving no reply, looks like I am now looking for another plumber to do this work for me and the replacement of all my radiators planned for next year.

We called for quotes on a number of jobs and after a quick discussion and some photos emailed over we agreed on carrying out some work on fitting a new security light, that was fitted within a day or so by a smart and friendly member of the team. While on site we had a more detailed survey of the other work which is needed and when our project is nearer to completion we wont hesitate in getting these guys back!!

Excellent service from start to finish!! Both Mike and Adrian are very friendly and always make sure you are clear with what they are doing. We were having issues with an ensuite shower and having called them out realised there was more at fault then first realised!! After various discussions surrounding options they helped us decide on the correct action to take, as well as pointing us in the right direction when one shower stared to look very much like another!! They came to our property a further 3 times over the course of the work to get things completed for us before christmas, always on time, work carried out to an excellent standard and happy to have a bit of a chat with you as well!! We can't thank them enough and the fight is on to see who gets to try the new shower first!!!

Being the Landlord of a property requires certain standards and professionalism which M J Electrical & Plumbing Services provided.
