D. K.Update August 2020 - Nearly a year on everything is still working perfectly and the increased performance and economy is noticeable. Posting this as a new review as I have changed my Google account.
I had a replacement boiler fitted, along with replacing the entire line from gas meter to boiler.
The team were brilliant - professional while also polite and friendly.
Everything left as it was found, wireless thermostat explained well and correctly placed. Strong emphasis on safety throughout the work.

I would give them 10 stars if there are more stars as they have saved me a couple of times in last 15 years as BG was trying to sell a new boiler instead of fixing the problem. Had gas central heating installed to replace electric storage heaters and new bathroom fitted, couldn’t be happier with the result. Minimum disruption getting the heating switched over and bathroom has been totally transformed. Mark & Bradley went above and beyond when unexpected and unrelated problems occurred working late to make sure we were not left without heating. They took pride in their work and nothing was too much trouble to ensure we were happy with the result. Both were polite and respectful at all times. They left the place clean and tidy and did a really thorough job. I would have no hesitation in recommending Optimum.

S.Simon, Luke & Cade, did a complete re-pipe of my leaky central heating system.Firstly they kept to the covid rules social distancing & the wearing of face coverings at all times, they were respectful of my property their workmanship was second to none with very neat pipe work, Simon even insisted on moving a fixed wardrobe so pipes could be installed out of sight & refitting the wardrobe & also lost pipe work in my kitchen giving it a neat finish. I have an old combi boiler that's nearing the end of its life & when it does i wouldn't hesitate in using Optimum Plumbing & Heating Ltd to install a new boiler.

O. P.Hi Krystian, thank you for your feedback. We attended to 1 Bringhurst, it came through to us as a no hot water, on attending we found that the boiler was functioning. We were told by yourself that you had just had a substantial amount of work carried out by a third party plumber and had not paid him for his work. You had a new pump and full controls pack fitted and at the point of telling us you had not paid for it, you just laughed. At this point I felt that I could not proceed with any work for yourself, sorry if this has left you feeling annoyed.
