Brunel Heating came to install an entire central heating and hot water system in our 3-bed Victorian end terrace, powered by a Worcester combi-boiler. We were hugely impressed by the service that we received. It's quite a large property, with varying floor heights, which would have made for some tricky pipe runs. Neil and the team weren't phased, they just cracked on and got it done! The standard of work is truly excellent! All of the pipework has been laid out of sight, the radiators are fitted excellently, and the system works extremely well! I think this photo of the boiler says it all - extremely neat and tidy work. The team were highly respectful, and it felt as though the job was well planned and carried out with great consideration for us! On each evening of the job we returned from work to find a clean and tidy house! There really was no inconvenience to us at all throughout! We're very happy customers! I can't recommend them highly enough! Thanks Neil and team!

During our big old Victorian house renovation, Neil has been responsive, professional and adaptable to our heating and hot water needs. When we had no water at all Neil quickly helped fix the main water pipe. We aim to do as much plumbing work as we can ourselves but when the old system broke down we needed a new cylinder and combi boiler installation. Neil and Bradley have been so helpful. There will be more radiator work to do next year so we will call again. Thank you so much. It’s been so easy and fun having you in the house!

Neil came to quote me for a new boiler and installation which came to be less than I expected. The install was performed around other work I was having done on the property at the same time. Neil turned up when he said he would and would often arrange to visit earlier due for unforeseen circumstances which made the whole process easy. 2 Days to install a completely new Central Heating system. Gas Boiler and 7 radiators. As with any building installation it is important to work together. Communicate. The standard of work is excellent and what some firms lack is attention to detail. Lasting impression last! The finish is superb. All waste removed. Five Star would highly recommend.

Having had several quotes for a replacement oil boiler and new radiators, Brunel Heating was by far the most competitive quote. But, also most importantly for us, it was clear that when Neil came to give us the quote, he was the most thorough, checking and explaining what was possible, to provide us with the most efficient system. He was extremely professional and knowledgable and we felt confident that he would do a good job. Having asked Neil to undertake the work, he arranged a further visit to talk through the quote to ensure that everything was covered as we were expecting. When the work commenced, Neil and Brad arrived on time, on the day expected and worked extremely hard, over the course of the week to get everything installed. They worked well as a team, had a great attitude and work ethos, with nothing being too much trouble for them. They were always tidy in their work and kept disruption to a minimum, despite it being an extensive job. We are really pleased with the work undertaken and we are already planning for Brunel Heating to return to do some other work for us. We highly recommend Brunel Heating.

I cannot recommend these guys enough. My boiler broke and they were recommended to me by a guy who came to look at it because it was clear I needed a new boiler. Neil contacted me the same day and came to assess the situation, and he did everything a couple of days later, including setting up 0% finance so that I could afford to get a new one installed (an absolute life saver!). Lots of finance options available so very flexible if you don't have the money up front. He did such a great job getting everything sorted, especially as I live in an old Victorian conversion and the previous installation posed many problems. It was no issue for Neil and Brad as they knew exactly what to do and they both reassured me every step of the way. I will 100% stay with this company for future boiler services as they are reliable, trustworthy, professional, and friendly. Thank you so much for the great work you did!

Neil and his team came over for a complete boiler change, no problems arrived when he said he would and throughout the installation they were clean and tidy always cleaning up after themselves. Neil installed a new boiler in February 2019. I was totally satisfied with his work so called him back to service it last week, along with the boilers of 2 neighbours. We were all extremely satisfied. Over the years we've had a series of dodgy engineers, but feel we have finally found someone who is totally professional, very conscientious - almost OCD which is what you want from a heating engineer !! We all feel our boilers are running well and most importantly - safe. One neighbour's boiler needed a new part - Neil sourced this and installed it by the 2nd working day. I have no hesitation in recommending Neil (Brunel Heating).

Neil and Anthony replaced my boiler yesterday together with new filters and piping. They gave a very good price on the work (cheapest yet ) and I did a lot of research with a lot of companies first. They turned up at my house on the day at 9Am on the dot as they said they would, and spent the day flushing and fitting my new system. They even had Wales and West come out to fit a new gas meter Regulator free of charge as mine wasn't great. I felt safe knowing that with all the testing they were doing afterwards on the new system just how thorough they were. I could not have chosen a better company I don't think. Wish there were more like you guys. I've already recommended them to the lads in the yard. Top service and I'm well chuffed.
