Jad has refitted our downstairs cloakroom and upgraded most of our downstairs radiators. We are extremely happy with his work, he is very thorough, efficient and very tidy - I make more mess when doing jobs around the house than he does! We can totally recommend Jad and will be using him for all our regular plumbing maintenance etc. now that we have found him.

Jad has done quite lot of work for us including removing and old back boiler and installing a new Combi-Boiler system (which he services), fitting a new gas fire to the lounge and completely renewing an en-suite with shower, sink and WC. He has always turned up when he says he will and we would have no hesitation in recommending both Jad and the high standard of his work to anyone. We have been so pleased with him he will be completely renewing the main family bathroom, including a new electric shower within the next couple of months.

Jad has just finished installing a new Boiler, oil tank and all related works at our home. It turned out not to be a simple job, however Jad’s professional approach and unwaning determination to solve all issues that an old property can throw up was nothing short of brilliant. We have been impressed not only with his knowledge and recommendations to improve our Central Heating system but also with the standard of work carried out and the attention to detail. Jad is an extremely polite and tidy worker and has gone out of his way during this extreme weather to get our job completed. We would highly recommend him and will be using him for our regular annual service and also for future works needed at our property. Updating this review as Jad returned to carry out complete upgrade of Hot Water Tank, Solar Water Heating System and also kitted us out with Nest which I would highly recommend. We are in Torrington area so perfect for when we need servicing also provided by Jad for The Grant Oil boiler, Central Heating and Oil tank maintenance. As before Jad did not disappoint he has very high standards and to be honest I am so impressed with how neat, tidy and well planned all his work is, our hot water tank cupboard looks like a work of art. 😀. none of the work that Jad has carried out for us has been straightforward but Jad has always come up with the best results given the problems he has encountered. Would not hesitate to recommend.

Jad fitted a new boiler for us as ours was 17 yrs old and on the blink. He came round to assess the job, provided a detailed quote and gave a date for the work that he stuck to. He was tidy and did the work in 2 days, including flushing through all the radiators to get rid of the accumulated crud. We are really pleased with the new boiler and thermostat. All the paperwork has been supplied for the warranty and building regs, all in all a thorough and professional service from Jad!

Jad is absolutely amazing. He replaced our ageing boiler for a high efficiency Grant oil boiler and the entire central heating system and piping in our new (old) property near South Molton. He was very patient - issues kept appearing as he was progressing but he kept us informed about everything and gave us loads of advice too. The pipework he's done is immaculate and the heating and radiators are working perfectly. He also performed a water removal from our oil tank. We have some more bits that need doing and will certainly be relying on Jad for these as well as for the yearly servicing on the boiler. It's very rare to find an engineer who is as reliable, accurate and thorough as Jad. Thank you!!

We moved to a property in Devon which needed an enormous amount of plumbing work. Jad upgraded our entire hot water system and heating system bringing them to full working order. This involved substantial work, in particular on an oil boiler, installing a new unvented hot water tank, and a pressurised cold water solution. During this project Jad also completed many associated tasks e.g. installing a self-levelling floor/ boarding out etc thereby providing an all encompassing service. Jad's work was of an exceptionally high standard. He was polite, professional, helpful, knowledgeable and gave great guidance throughout the process. We feel very lucky to have found Jad and highly recommend him.

Have just used Jad to connect LPG supply for a range cooker in Chulmleigh, excellent job.
