We contacted Mitch after having an unexpected boiler failure requiring a new boiler. Mitch was quick to respond to our plight. Mitch gave a very competitive quote for the installation a Worcester boiler with a 10 year guarantee. Mitch was able to help in a timely manner which was amazing as being without hot water and heating is pretty uncomfortable! He even offered to fit it whilst we are away on holiday so we could come home to heating and hot water. We chose however to have it fitted once we got home and we are glad we did purely because it was an absolute pleasure to have Mitch in our home. He was very efficient, he got the job done to a very high standard in the time frame he had given us. He was extremely tidy in his work and checked with us throughout that we were happy with his installation. He made sure his installation and programming of the boiler would give us the most cost and energy efficient supply. He then took the time to show us how to use the boiler and he completed all the paperwork and registered our boiler for us for the warranty. He also reduced our bill for anything that he didn’t end up needing to use. Mitchell is a very professional, genuine and nice chap ! He clearly is passionate about his trade and we would recommend him to anyone needing a plumber !

My flatmate stumbled upon Mitch by accident as we were waiting for a plumber for our boiler and he was in our block of flats doing someone else’s. Our plumber did not turn up and did not give us any warning and so we called Mitch and he said he would be with us the next morning first thing but he nearly came and knocked on our door when he was leaving to check out the problem. When he arrived he was very personable and punctual, he explained and showed me the problem we had and reassured me with what had to be done, he retrieved the part we needed and fitted it within a couple of hours! Having contact MLT Plumbing and Heating regarding a boiler service and repair of a leaking bathroom tap, Mitchell Thomas came round as promised and carried out the necessary work in a professional manner and provided full information when requested. Mitch installed a new Ideal boiler for us around 9 months ago, having had an issue with a radiator this year I emailed him for advice and within 2 days he was here to help. As we were remodeling and carrying out renovations to our house, we had no reason not to choose MLT plumbing. As Mitch had fitted and serviced our previous combi boiler. This time a full kitchen and bathroom renovation is now underway. For this we requested a system boiler to be fitted with a hot water tank. This would give us the maximum flow rate for the new dual head shower. As we wanted the boiler out of site, Mitch following a site visit suggested the attic as it is pretty big. Delighted with the choice we took the recommendation of a horizontal tank and a system boiler with 12 Yr guarantee on boiler and 10yr on the stainless tank fully insulated. The quoted price was very reasonable compared to the likes of British gas, especially as all the central heating pipes, gas and hot and cold had to be run into the attic as well as back down to meet the existing. As you can see in the photographs he has put on the site, a very neat job. The flow rate of the new system is better than expected with plenty of boiling hot water for a relaxing shower. Clean, tidy and a genuinely nice guy. Would recommend MLT for any plumbing requirements. Thank you.

My old boiler had broken down again and finally had to be replaced, Mitch came out very quickly to take a look and provided a quote. He came back to replace the boiler within a couple of days. He was very polite, turned up exactly when he said he would and did a very tidy job at a reasonable price. Good tradesman are hard to find so if your looking for a Plumber/Gas engineer then don’t hesitate to give Mitch a call, he won’t let you down.

Mitch, at MLT, worked alongside our contractor on our home extension and carried out all the plumbing work, including installing a new dishwasher, radiator, sink with all new waste outlets, macerator, external tap, and external plumbing for a washing machine in an outhouse. The installation of my new boiler (and other minor jobs) was carried out efficiently and with the minimum of mess. Mitch came out promptly for an emergency recently, when the plumbing to my washing machine started to leak. During the visit I mentioned the low water pressure and luke warm water I was getting from my boiler. After he inspected it, he discussed my options and recommended replacing the old and dated tank with an unvented hot water cylinder. He provided a very reasonable quote the same day and after I agreed, he ordered the cylinder. On the day of installation he was punctual, professional, friendly and talked me through what he was going to do. He had already organised for an electrician to come out in the afternoon, to connect it to the mains and once finished, he cleaned up thoroughly after himself. The water heater works amazingly, I have piping hot water and plenty enough to fill the bath and still have plenty leftover for washing up etc. Mitch then messaged me the following day to ensure all was working properly and that I was happy. Mitch is well worth the 5 star review and I will not hesitate to use his services again.

Our boiler kept struggling to fire and we had to reset it every time we wanted hot water. Landlord sent a plumber round who basically said it'd be a very costly job and a long fix! A few months down the line Mitch came over and had sorted the issue in about an hour, no more resetting the boiler every 10 mins!
