Came out within 20 minutes for an emergency to replace a snapped toilet handle and faulty flush. He also replaced my drippy bathroom taps whilst he was here. Very reasonable price and very friendly. Will definitely use again.

Brendan came this morning to install a shower for us. He was punctual, professional and friendly. He kept me updated how he was getting on and even came across a problem with obstructed woodwork behind the bath panel so he couldn't take it off. He planed the wood and sorted the problem out. We also had a small broken seal next the the bath panel where my daughter stepped onto it and when he was resealing the bath panel he did that for us too at the same time. I didn't realise until my husband pointed out later so never got a chance to thank him for that kindness! He never added any extra to the very reasonable price that was originally quoted despite the setback. I would definitely recommend him and with future work we need doing we will definitely come back again. Thank you 😊

Excellent service. Responded to a non-urgent toilet problem and fixed it the following day. Would highly recommend! 8 months later: Another great service provided by Boswells. Excellent service and arrived same day. I had a problem with the tap on my cold water pipe and he replaced it no problem. When I had a problem with the installation of a new washing machine with currys PC world, he rectified it and the same day as well! I cannot recommend this gentleman enough and I will be definitely using again. Thank you for all your help!

Brandon responded within 2 hours on his first visit, fixed leak and did another small job at the same time, since then I’ve had new boiler and some repairs all of which were done very quickly and excellently. Now my go to for all plumbing stuff, wish I’d known about them years ago!

After being let down by two emergency plumbers I rang Boswells just minutes before they closed today, Saturday. Brendan came out within 20 minutes and fixed the leak. After two days without water I am a very pleased senior citizen. There are some genuine workmen here in Preston.

Very approachable & friendly service. Outstanding quality of the work. Very speedy response times. Was kept fully informed throughout an entire boiler move. Was very flexible throughout the job as many hidden nasty's popped up. Provided really effective education on all aspects of the work carried out so I could understand everything going on. In a nutshell, I am recommended all plumbing work to go to Boswells Plumbing!

I would highly recommend Boswells Plumbing. Brendon was incredibly efficient and reliable. While he was installing a new electric shower I asked him about another plumbing problem which I had not informed him about earlier. He fixed the issue with no fuss at all in the same call out. I can't imagine the same service with other companies. I will definitely use Boswells again for any plumbing issue.

Boswells are a real find. To find someone reliable, knowledgeable and friendly is really great. I have used them several times and each time the work has been to a high standard and very professional. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Five stars from me 👍

I had cause you ring Boswells plumbing as I had no hot water at 7pm! Bernard who I spoke to was great instead of coming out he talked me through what to do on watsapp. My boiler pressure had dropped, he did it step to step for me and hey presto I had water again. Boswell's did a complete rip out and re-fit of a new bathroom for me in March. The service was second to none from start to finish, and even started before the job commenced. I was given help and advice in choosing the bathroom and fittings, tiles and a full design service. The job started promptly on the given date, and every effort was made to work around my working hours to cause me the least disruption. Boswell's have done a superb job with my bathroom. The workmanship is exceptional, the attention to detail is great, and I am absolutely delighted with the end result. I feel like I've got a bespoke, boutique hotel bathroom in my Ashton mid-terrace! I contacted Boswell's at 9 pm in the evening regarding a leaky radiator and fault on boiler, by 10.30 am the following morning on a bank holiday weekend the repairs had been completed, it was all done quickly in a polite and cheerful manner.The system is now back in full working order.
