Our landlord started using gos a few years ago and they have been great from the start. Today we had a new boiler installed by Sam and Richard it was a big job. We’ve had a Gos plan for probably nine years now. Had to call out today as heating didn’t com on this morning. In their normal manner they turn up same day and fix my problem. No call out charge or cost because of plan cover. It’s a fantastic service. Engineers always skilled and pleasant. Would recommend this company to anyone. Best thing we ever did.

I recently had a vaillant boiler fitted by this company as they are registered vaillant fitters. I did what most people do and looked on google and read there reviews a lot good and some negative. I would like to say that from the start I have nothing but good things to say. The office staff very helpful the md who priced it very helpful and the on-site lads absolutely fantastic and quality tradesmen very neat and tidy. The price very reasonable and a very helpful work force. I would definitely recommend.

Great Service from start to finish, unfortunately our boiler broke down and GOS quoted the same day of visit and replaced the boiler the very next day. GOS Heating have been looking after a number of my properties for many years. They always remind me when my landlord CP12 needs to be done and whenever the heating needs servicing. They are fast and efficient and do a great job. I once needed to call them out on a Sunday afternoon as a tenant had physical and learning disabilities and so the call out couldn't be left to the following morning. GOS were there and got the boiler going again without any drama. They use technology and so always have up to date records of my system.

Really excellent. I have had a maintenance contract with them for my central heating for many years. I have always considered it a great price for a great service. Now its gone up to excellent.My heating pump jammed on Easter Sunday.It was all working within hours and the engineer found a replacement pump when all the suppliers were closed. As good as it gets. I had the pleasure of having your company install a new boiler on Thursday and Friday last week. In running myself a multi national business, I fully understand the importance of the importance the front line team has and in many cases fail to deliver that overrides EVERYTHING that any of the internal sales team develops. From start to finish the service was exemplary. I cannot praise your tow engineers who attend my home on Thursday to much. They worked right through the day, were very polite and unbelievably tidy. We had a new boiler fitted. Office staff helpful and friendly. All details clearly explained to us by the sales person. The two fitters were polite, friendly and efficient and cleaned up all the mess when finished. The workings of the boiler and room thermostat were fully explained to us. Business as usual for GOS with the C19 lockdown they are as efficient and professional as ever. Wednesday my hot water failed to heat up right in the middle of a major spring clean... the last thing I needed, I was so stressed. I thought I would need a new boiler, something I just do not need !    Rang G.O.S, Preston, Lancs the professionals Thursday p.m. after much wasted time trying to relight the pilot light and Mrs Jackson booked me in Friday a.m. Chris, the engineer took precautions and insisted we social distance from each other. He kept me informed and explained what he thought the problem was and updated me throughout the visit. He gets top from marks from me for politeness, professionalism, and respectfully understanding my current predicament. Boiler and hot water all up and running now; I am immensely grateful to the company and their invaluable service in these trying times. They are right up there as top key workers, and emergency services. Thank you Chris, and G.O.S. I can say no wrong about this Family Run Business serving the community for over 50 years I believe. I contacted GOS for assistance in locating a leak after receiving a massive water bill. One of their service engineers attended. He came out to the house and looked around, and pointed out some leaks that may have contributed in my lead pipework. They quoted for the work and replaced the section of lead pipework, the work only took them a few hours. Elated with service. They will be our plumber for good.
