S. B.Cannot speak highly enough about the service from Preston Plumbing Supplies. From the start, they have been ultra-helpful in guiding us in choosing our bathroom suite and shower suite. Carefully explaining the pros and cons of each item we looked at and pointing out options which better suited our wishes (and not necessarily dearer I might add).
Even when we needed to swap a radiator for one with a larger output, it was done with exemplary service and an obvious focus on us, the customer.
Paul and his team are great ambassadors for Preston Plumbing Supplies and when we eventually come to fit out our planned downstairs cloakroom, you can be sure we will going back there.
It's rare these days to find good old fashioned customer service but it's clearly demonstrated at Preston Plumbing Supplies and I have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone I know.

What can I say Paul was fantastic worked within our budget was very informative on different bathroom items we left thinking why didn't we go here in the first place. After ordering our bathroom on the Monday and explaining to Paul we needed it ASAP due to our bathroom being ripped out already we got a call Wednesday to say it was ready for delivery! What a great store with excellent staff! If I could give more then 5 stars I would! Will definitely be recommending here to our friends and family!
