P. N.Great service, came out to me 7am on a Saturday due to a leak in my loft, had the problem fixed in 15 mins! Very good service, the only company on google that actually answered the phone !

He arrived within 20 minutes of calling at 10pm, he answered the phone immediately and was helpful and professional from the start, he found the leak within minutes and made a good job at repairing it so we could keep our heating on. He gave us a full writtten report there and then for our insurance company. Fantastic service, best service we have ever used. 10/10

The job turned out to be a little more complicated than we first thought but 999 plumbers persevered until the job was done. All at no extra cost. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again. Overall I found them pleasant and honest to deal with.
M. J.Lost hot water on a Friday, and insurance couldn’t get anyone to me by Saturday evening. Called Mike at 20:30 and he was there by 21:00 and fixed my boiler needing a new part in about 30 minutes. Great service! Would definitely use again!
S. S.Fantastic service. I had a problem with a leak where side bath sealant had failed over time. Initial diagnosis lead to a blocked trap, they changed that but then it lead to the failing sealant. They fixed both and only charged me for the trap change. Kept to their word of no fix no charge policy.
