L. C.We have a fairly new Worcester Bosch boiler and it stopped working. No heating or hot water! We had one an engineer from Worcester Bosch come and check it all but it turned out the part which was broken was the only part not covered by them. I called our usual plumbing and heating company but they were over run and not coming back to me so I tried KV Plumbing and heating. Yani answered my call straight away and I sent him a picture of the broken part. He gave me a quote to change the part and there was no call out charge. He was able to come the same day! Massive relief. He was polite, efficient and clearly knowledgeable. He also managed to squeeze in our yearly service too! We couldn’t be more pleased and we definitely be using this company again.
