Hot water repaired. Was happy to fit time of job around my work schedule and completed job quickly. Was friendly and happy to help. Quickly worked out problem and replaced parts quickly without mess. Hot water system now works better than before and economy 7 was also fixed which hadn't worked for a few years. Rates were very reasonable.

Really fantastic job, can’t say thank you enough. It wasn’t straightforward and Khuram worked until 1am to make sure that our boiler was installed and working properly. I can’t think of many that would put in such a shift to make sure the job got done properly. If you need a boiler repairing or installing, I can’t think of anyone better. KA maintenance is very responsive and helped us in emergency. Akram came on Saturday and fix the boiler. He explained everything you need to know and done in very reasonable cost. I would highly recommend to use him for any plumber, gas and electric work.

I asked KA Maintenance to repair overflowing toilet cistern. The cistern was concealed behind tiles, and there was no usual removable panel for access. Khuram managed to remove a large tile from the top without cracking it before doing all repairs. He also cleaned up after the work was done. I am very happy with the experience and will highly recommend him to anyone.

We contacted KA Maintenance in desparation after being badly let down by British Gas. Our boiler stopped working in February, which meant no hot water or heating. Even though we have two small children, British Gas told us that the first available slot was exactly one month later. How are we supposed to survive for one month without heating or hot water! Anyway, so we ended up contacting KA Maintenance late in the evening on a weekday and to our delight they not only picked up, but also agreed to come and check the boiler out the very next morning. They came as promised and were able to fix the issue within half an hour. They did a very thorough job in not only fixing the boiler, but also bleeding all the radiators and also offering advice on how we can upkeep the system and how we can prolong the life of the boiler by getting a magnetic filter installed to get rid of sludge. All-in-all, we are so, so happy with their speed, efficiency. When our homecare agreement with British Gas comes to an end, we won't be renewing, but will be calling on KA Maintenance to help for Electrics, Boilers and plumbing.

Winter months are always a terrible time of the year to have issues with the boiler, so when mine started leaking water, it was the last thing I needed. KA maintenance repaired the leak and all is operating perfectly. The engineer was polite and courteousand had the decency to wear shoe coverings, as to not stomp muddy shoes all throughout the house. My repair has been completed earlier than estimated and the weight off my shoulders has now been lifted. Great job team and a massive thank you.

I was recommended this company buy a very good friend of mine and he said if you are looking at some reliable tradesmen then these are the ones to use as he had his whole house rewired and the plumbing done from this company. So I thought ok let me give them a try and see what they are like as I was having a brand new bathroom fitted and I needed a plumber and an electrician. The bathroom was already stripped with the tiles off the walls and floor. When they came to my property I told them that I was having an electric shower upstairs and relocation of the radiator pipes, they knew exactly what to do and got straight to work and also they didn't even ask for a cup of tea as you know a tradesman cannot do the job without 5 cups of tea first. Anyway jokes aside they did an absolutely perfect job extremely professional very polite and very trustworthy. When my bathroom installer inspected the job he even said please give me there number as they have done a really good job, only one slight issue was with one pipe it was raised a bit high, so when I sent him a picture on WhatsApp, he didn't moan or grown he came straight back and rectified the pipe and that's what you call great customer service when a tradesman does a job and still comes back when needed. Pricing was reasonable and very happy with their work, would 100% recommend them and I will definitely be using them in the future.
