I cannot fault this incredible business! Paul and Gareth are absolutely outstanding. I first sent Paul a message on a Friday night after we moved into our new home as numerous things had been botched (including not having washing machine and dishwasher piped in, the shower being on upside down and no constant hot water!), Paul called the next morning to clarify what the problems were and organised for the washing machine, dishwasher and shower to be fixed the Monday morning! At first impression, the service was exceptional and the work completed was even better! The hot water problem was a whole other story for which Paul investigated from the beginning until the problem was resolved (being piping under our kitchen floorboards!!). I am extremely clueless when it comes to plumbing/draining/water and Paul explained everything to me in the clearest terms so that I knew what was going on. Paul gave advise on who to speak to which as a first time buyer was incredible helpful! The main and most important aspect about Paul and his business is his honesty, Paul will be clear and concise with what the problem is and how it can be fixed, I can safely say that I do not and will not trust any tradesman the way I trust Paul! To go from moving into my first home with many problems and no idea how to fix them with Paul coming to the rescue! I cannot thank Paul enough for the work he did and the fixing he did in my home! The only thing I would fault is that he isn't also a carpenter, electrician, landscaper and painter!

Excellent service. Very professional. First time I’ve ever used this company and I would def use again. It was an emergency call out - problem needed working out. Lad was very good (and wore a mask, much appreciated). Charge was very reasonable and problem resolved. Would highly recommend - and no I don’t know them!!

Outstanding service. Our boiler failed the week before Christmas, Paul responded the same day offering a temporary fix and managed to squeeze us in at short notice to complete the installation the day before Christmas. He kept me informed throughout, offered outstanding value and I strongly recommend him without hesitation. Top bloke, top service.

Paul visited between Christmas and new year as our boiler wasn’t working. He arrived within an hour, spent some time tinkering around and got everything fired up quickly. He very kindly didn’t even charge! Would highly recommend and we will be using again shortly for a full boiler service.

Paul is an absolute legend. He cares more about his customers than making money, which is very refreshing these days. Our boiler broke and he went out of his way to fit us in between jobs to take a look - he made a recommendation that entailed using another service, despite it meaning he didn't get the job, as it was the best thing for us to do to get it sorted. He wouldn't accept any money to recompense him for coming out and taking a look - in his words ' why would I charge you to tell you your boilers broken'. Makes you realise what a scam all these larger companies are with their emergency call out charges. One of the good guys - they're still out there if you look hard enough.

After being let down by a scam plumber, I was so happy to have googled and found Paul at Emergency Plumber Hampshire Ltd. After sending a message late one evening he replied ASAP and nothing was too much trouble. He helped above and beyond throughout. After being extremely stressed from my experience with the scam plumber,Paul was sympathetic and helped me get my money back,even contacting them himself and letting me know which paperwork I needed to ask for,having no idea about plumbing myself this knowledge helped me get the refund.He then reschuffled his work and that of his team to fit me in knowing I had already been let down and without hot water over Xmas. He even took sympathy on the fact I was out of work due to COVID and couldn’t help enough.The problem was soon resolved and fixed thanks to Paul and his team. Cannot recommend Emergency Plumber Hampshire enough! We need more genuine people and businesses like this, the world would be a much nicer place! A huge thank you!

Called on Boxing Day for a broken boiler, Paul attended within the hour, fixed the problem and got the heating working again. Charged a very reasonable price for the call out. Can’t fault the service provided or price quoted. Many thanks

Called Paul out on a Friday evening just after SGH had attended and switched off my gas all because my daughters portable CO alarm was sounding intermittently. He responded very quickly, switched the gas back on and tested all the appliances thoroughly. Very grateful for his quick response and reassuring professionalism.

Had a leaking hot water pipe under the bath in a very awkward location. With it being Friday afternoon I thought I would struggle to get someone out with the added issue that we were away on holiday the next day. Called the guys at Emergency Plumber Hampshire limited and they were at the house in 30 mins. They replaced the leaking joint which was behind the bath with limited access. The price was very reasonable and I cannot thank them enough for their prompt response. I would definitely use them again.

I apologize that I write reviews with a delay. as in the name there is emergency so they work too. one call and paul came to my boiler to save him. Fast, clean, professional. no more words needed. I highly recommend.

My boiler decided to stop working during the recent cold spell and snow that we had, I assumed that getting a plumber out wouldn't be to hard. How wrong I was! I lost count of the amount of different companies that I rang, I either got a straight " no sorry we're not currently working " or promises of we will get to you as soon as we are able. This went on in total for 3 days, the house was absolutely freezing as was the water. I eventually put a shout out on facebook and decided to give the one that that had been recommended a few times, I rang Paul at emergency plumber Hampshire and he assured me that he would be with me within the hour as he was currently on a job. I must admit I thought this was too good to be true but true to his word 45 minutes later Paul arrived, I was so relieved and especially when he told me that the issue could be sorted then and there. I was so very grateful that I found this company and I will be recommending them to all family and friends, finally somebody who does what they advertise. A big ty to Paul and co, you certainly saved the day for me and at an extremely great price 👍

This guy is a hero. We had disconnected pipe from the mains and water was going everywhere. We tried loads of supposed 24 hr call out and only these picked up. They truly do answer in an emergency.
