K. H.The job that Prestige Piumbers undertook was to cure a water leak in the bathroom which was undertaken professionally and courteously. My disappointment with them is that I asked for an estimate in replacing the bathroom wash hand basin as it was cracked. The plumber explained that he would photograph the basin, send it in to the office and they would provide the estimate. Some 3 weeks later I have heard nothing from them. I tried calling at 09.20 this morning. Twice their number rang out without being answered, twice I had a recorded message saying I was being transferred and twice after that transfer had taken place I was cut off. I realise that on a Monday morning they are probably busy on the telephones but cutting prospective customers off is not very good practise. There are alternatives to this.
b. f.excellent service will recommend to anyone with water problems.
Called at 6.45am on Good Friday repair completed by 9am what more can you ask.
