R.Absolutely brilliant work by Rob and Dean, we had a boiler and cylinder replaced, after a few quotes I chose Rob because of his can do attitude and general professionalism. The guys did all they could to not make a mess, accommodated what I wanted without complaining or sucking teeth, arrived when they said they would, did the job they said they would without fuss. Rob made a real effort to leave us without unsightly pipes etc.
Would use him again in a heartbeat, if Carlsberg did tradesmen...

L. T.Rob was amazing he moved things around to get us in within two days for a full boiler replacement, after it was deemed unsafe. They arrive when they say they will and keep you updated on progress. They are really friendly and always happy to answer any questions (I ask a lot!) There was very little mess during installation and and all the old stuff removed . We are so impressed with all the work he has done, his friendliness and his communication, I would have no issues highly recommend him to anyone.
S. M.I've been a customer for almost two years, since my first boiler service with RP in 2020. Recently they changed all my radiators in the house and fitted a new vertical radiator in the master bedroom.
RP turned up on time and refitted the whole house in a few hours. Everything looks great and my house is a lot warmer! No complaints.
Definitely would use again. In fact, they're coming back to help me connect a gas hob in my kitchen.
