S. M.Shaun was recommended by my parents, after British Gas could not look at our boiler for three days, despite being on a contract with them. He came exactly when he said he would do, diagnosed the problem and restored our hot water and heating. Would recommend to anyone.

Lost hot water due to fault with boiler on Monday and after a quick phone conversation with Sean he suggested what the fault might be.After a few details from me he ordered the part and the problem was solved by Wednesday,would've been Tuesday if he could've got the part same day.
Good straight talking honest approach and got on with the job in hand.

C. A.I have been using A1 Gas Services since 2012. I have one of their Annual Maintenance Contracts which covers the full Central Heating System for all breakdowns, inclusive of Parts and labour. The Contract also includes the Annual Service and Gas Safety Check. If you are a Landlord, with one or more properties, in my case 6, it is a marvellous as the Tenant can ring A1 directly and I know the problem will be sorted. I even have a contract with them on my own home. Better still you can pay the Contract Cost by Standing over 10 months - good for cashflow!
Shaun is relentless in getting to the bottom of the problem, regardless of the number of visits it takes. Its not unusual for him to be working late at night.
Leads his guys by example.

k. s.I would 100% recommend Sean, we have just moved on our first home and realised the boiler wasn’t working, he came round the same day we called and knew as soon as he looked at it the problem and said he would order the parts in. I suggested at the time having it serviced he said wait until he fixes it first which just shows he wasn’t trying to get money out of us and was giving his honest opinion on what was best for us. Sean came back two days later when the parts had came in and he even fitted us in after 8:00pm which we were greatful for and fixed the problem! Thanks again 😄
G. B.Called Sean 9:00 Saturday morning and explained the problem with my central heating not working. He diagnosed the problem over the phone told me what part was required. He arrived a few hours later with the part and fitted it within 30 minutes. I've used Sean for years as I trust him not to rip me off or make up "problems". A1 Gas provide an A1 service !!
J. F.Having tried at least 15 plumbing engineers (probably more) Shaun from A1 was THE only engineer I could get at 9.30 pm when oil was pouring from our boiler! By then we were panicking but he was calm and talked my husband through where the switch was on the boiler to stop the flow of oil. Shaun is based some way away from where we lived but said he could come out the following day, we were able to get at least get some sleep!
We cant thank Shaun enough for his help that night its good to know there are EXCELLENT people out there who actually pick up their phones in an emergency.

O. D.Sean at A1 Gas is the best. I have an LPG boiler - he is a complete expert with LPG - he immediately knows the problem and how to resolve it. I am very pleased to be able to rely upon him and cannot recommend him highly enough . What is more his back up staff in the A1 office are the politest most keen to help team anyone could deal with - they are most definitely a 5/5 outfit . If you are in crisis with a broken boiler definitely use A1.
