Called to unblock an external drain, came the next day, upon arrival very friendly, he advised me it may be covered by Severn Trent and I may not need to pay. Most people these days would just charge you because they can, but Alan was completely transparent with me. I asked for the work to be carried out anyway, he got the job done instantly. Absolutely brilliant. Came out same day, assessed the problem, (which was a cracked drain), gave us a really sensible price & managed to fit us in the following week although Xmas was fast approaching. These are really decent, honest people, whom you can trust, punctual & polite & really know their job. Although there was more damage to the drain than anticipated, I wasn't asked for extra payment. Alan is a top guy. I text him at 9pm, he replied almost immediately. Came the next day as promised and kept me updated. Showed me the issue using his camera and then cleared it using the water jet. No issues, great genuine guy. Would 100% recommend.

Alan came next day as promised, and at the time he said. What a nice guy - knows his stuff. Was able to quickly identify the cause and location of our blockage and had it sorted within 10 minutes. Price was a little less than I expected, people forget sometimes that you aren’t paying for the 5 or 10 mins physical act of unblocking, you are paying for the 20years experience needed to be able to sort the problem in only 5 or 10 mins, so really worth every penny. Alan was wonderful! We called Sunday night and he offered to come out immediately but as it wasn’t an emergency we booked a time for Monday afternoon. He arrived promptly and fixed our blocked drain immediately with no mess. Lovely guy, highly recommend.
