H. M.First Class service from the Greens Plumbing team. Responsive service, easy to book and kept me updated re time of arrival so I didn’t have to wait in all day. I had a toilet that didn’t flush and a leak in the kitchen tap both dealt with very well and efficiently. The quote was spot on. I have already booked them in for a new boiler. Would definitely recommend as they could teach some other companies the meaning of Customer Service.
S. J.They replaced an old over- sized inappropriately placed radiator with a lovely new, smaller one, exactly where I wanted it, and put thermostat valves on all my, radiators. They were enthusiastic , professional and on-time. They were polite, able and willing to answer my questions, and the quality of their work was excellent. They made sure to thouroughly check that everything was working properly before they left. It was actually a pleasure to have them doing a job I was dreading!

Had an issue with the boiler, so I rang Callum, he was there within the hour, diagnosed the problem then fixed it. t. w.Callum is a complete professional and I was exceptionally pleased with his knowledge, and the service he provided, particularly as I had a very short deadline. He replaced a radiator, which he identified correctly as being dangerously rusted. He also fitted thermostatic valves to the other radiators, flushed the system and added an inhibitor. All with no fuss. Prompt to the point of turning up exactly on time, courteous and respectful I have no hesitation in recommending him to others. I will certainly call on him again.
