M.This man is a legend, he travelled from Swindon to Devizes as carpenter cut and pipe and turned gas off once we turned it on it leaked panic with three small children in the house and smell of gas , this man calm us down told us what to do and was speedy and even fixed something that wasn’t the initial problem but did it anyway to help us out. Would recommend him to anyone shame you can’t give more stars

P. C.Boiler stopped working on a very cold evening. Bal was very helpful, even tried to talk me through fixing the fault over the phone. When this didn't work he was with us 30 mins later and replaced the faulty part and was generally very reassuring about the condition of our boiler. Would definitely recommend and will use BSK again!
S. F.Bal, came out straight away and diagnosed the fault. then called around countless suppliers to get the parts in asap and at the best value as he new we had small children. Excellent service and very honest about price and advised regards future work on the boiler to help keep it going.
L. S.Emergency call for assistance on behalf of an elderly single relative without heating was responded to immediately. Problem was difficult to diagnose but Bal worked tirelessly to resolve and successfully restored all heating after replacing many sections of blocked pipe and installation of a new expansion vessel. A fan heater was also loaned as a short term fix - much appreciated! Could not fault Bal for his service and work-ethic - thoroughly recommended.
W. B.Bal attended our house to diagnose a leak at very short notice. He quickly identified the problem and gave us good advice about the next steps and dealing with the insurance firm. No work was undertaken, but would definitely consider him if we require any.
