Bryn responded to an emergency call out for a leaking pipe/water tank. He was extremely responsive both with my initial call and to visit my house. He identified the leaks very quickly and repaired everything as part of his initial visit. Responsiveness, quality of work and value for money were all first class. Bryn was called out to deal with an emergency leak at my elderly father's house following the demise of the hot water cylinder. He was so kind and reassuring and extremely patient when a subsequent visit didn't go to plan. I called Bryn when some of the bedroom radiators were not getting hot. Bryn had no availability but knowing it was sub zero temperatures he took his time out of a busy schedule to troubleshoot and then patiently talk me through how to solve the problem. I phoned Bryn when I had drilled in to a central heating pipe. He explained what to do to prevent further damage and to be safe. Bryn put my mind at rest and assured he would come out to repair it.He came out the next day at the time he promised and fixed the pipe. He carried out a professional repair and was punctual, informative and informed me of the cost before he commenced the work. Cannot fault him and would use again.

Found Bryn via the positive reviews here. As others have said, Bryn was professional, good humoured and flexible - I felt immediately confident he was able to assess the job, give a clear price and having gained agreement, completed the job quickly. Bryn was also keen to stress to call him back if needed. Although the job was fine when he left, I did need to call him back. I understand this can happen, but Bryn was quick to respond and came back on a Sunday morning to make sure the job was right for no additional payment - it has stayed right since.

Bryn Roberts and his son came to fix a corroded hot water pipe for me. The pipework was difficult and in a tricky place, but Bryn dealt with it in a professional and efficient manner. A job well done, and I'm super pleased to have hot water again. Lovely chaps, highly recommended!

Some 15 years ago Bryn located and repaired a leak in a central heating pipe embedded in the concrete kitchen floor. I was impressed and have since asked him to replace taps, a radiator, a hot water cylinder and last weekend, a WC flushing mechanism. all work has been done cleanly and on time
