Mark recently serviced our boiler and fitted our ensuite shower room and we are delighted with the sheer quality of his workmanship. Installation of replacement radiators (2021). Yet again MW Plumbing were top class from start to finish. For example providing me with brochures to select the radiators of my choice, measuring up/checking radiator sizes prior to installation, protecting wall finishes/carpets during the installation and removing the existing radiators/waste. Customer focus, quality of work, value for money and communication were all excellent. In my opinion MW Plumbing provide 5 star professional plumbing and heating services and I will continue to use for future projects. Installation of replacement hot water cylinder in airing cupboard (2020) - If you are looking for a plumber but not sure who to contact look no further than Mark Ward Plumbing. Mark is a top class plumber and provides first class service. From initial contact Mark's communication was excellent and customer focused. When we met to discuss my requirements Mark provided a value for money solution which is delivering excellent results - the Gledhill unvented cylinder heats up quickly, retains heat well, is quiet and provides a powerful water stream covering the whole house. Mark is courteous, timely, hard working and provides thoughtful solutions/helpful explanations. I have no hesitation in recommending Mark Ward Plumbing and they are now my "Go To' for all future plumbing issues.

An outstanding and reliable plumber. Mark converted our conventional boiler system to a combi system with great expertise. He drained and made redundant the water tank in the loft and removed the water cylinder in the airing cupboard. He then made sure the new system was up and running in good time. We would not hesitate in recommending him to others and will definitely be calling on him again to update our bathroom. Could not have asked for a better service, he was also great with our dog!
