Punctual, polite, exceptionally tidy with a great attention to detail, fantastic workmanship- could not recommend highly enough! Would definitely use again in the future!

J. H.Graham and his team are by far the best team of traders we've had in, over the 3 years of different renovation projects. On time, tidy, respectful of the property, excellent work at a very fair price. They fitted a kitchen for us which was not an easy installation. Nothing was too much trouble, there were a few hiccups along the way, partially due to the walls being very uneven, partially due to my poor design, but they made sure it all worked and completed it to an exceptional standard. Our house is complete now so hopefully won't need Graham again, but disappointed we only used his team for the kitchen!

E. C.We had Phil as our gas safe engineer for a boiler repair. He arrived earlier than expected, maintained full social distancing and set to work immediately with a professional and courteous attitude. Within 45 minutes he had diagnosed the problem and made the repair on the spot. He then tested the system fully and left a very satisfied customer behind. The lady doing the admin in the office was also efficient in booking me in and handling the payment. The charge for the service was fair and the price was as discussed over the phone. An excellent all-round professional company that I will be using again.
R. B.Graham and Anthony have just completed a complete refurb of our Bathroom, they completed the work in highly professional manner, with the minimum of mess and disruption. They dealt with our requirements in a very easy manner, it was an absolute pleasure to have them working with us.
We would have no hesitation in using them again, and recommending them to anyone.

All work was carried out to a very high standard, they always cleaned up afterwords and left the place immaculate. Firstly, as an elderly lady with a disabled husband, Graham was incredibly patient and kind, discussing several options to aid mobility for my father. The work was completed to a high standard and communication was really supportive- particularly for my mum. Thank you Graham: it was lovely to know that they were provided with a quality service!! My mum was never left without running water or a toilet and they always put her mind at ease. C.I live some distance from Graham, but he has visited while he is in the area on several occasions to help me with advice that I haven't been able to get from local tradesmen, particularly about my underfloor heating which has proved a bit of a tricky problem for some plumbers I've had round in the past. Always polite and helpful attitude.
C. H.I woke up on Monday morning to find a big leak in my kitchen coming from behind my fitted Fridge/Freezer so I called my Insurance company at 9am for an emergency call out. They sent Dyno Rod. Long story short they sent two seperate men and by 6pm no one had touched it and they said it was a big job which need booking in which will take at least a few days. So I called GW Plumbing. They were round the next morning and after making sure they made the least disruption possible they set about their task. After just a few hours the pin hole leak was found and fixed before they returned the next day to put my kitchen back together. Very very impressed. So much so I am leaving this review which is something I would not normally do. Strongly recommend to all in the Runcorn area.

E. S.Just like the other review, Graham had to reschedule my job whilst he was in hospital. However, I was happy to wait as Graham had been highly recommended by friends and family. E. D.Like the man below I too waited for Graham when he was in hospital over Christmas. This was fine as I have used Graham for over 10 years, for bathrooms, kitchens and boilers so didn't consider it being"messed around" when Graham was so poorly and he's ever let us down before. He is always hard working and nothing too much trouble. Totally worth waiting for. Hope you are recovering Graham.
