We had an issue with a our water tank and also needed a tap replacement and a new plug. Mark came out the same day to quote then three days later to do the work. He has a friendly and professional manner, more than living up to what he promised and doing the work to a high standard at a very competitive price. We Strongly recommend

Have been using this Company since 2009. Main bathroom has been totally refitted. Shower room totally refitted just last year and a very large refurbishment of kitchen into kitchen/diner 7 year ago. We have also used him for a new boiler and many little maintenance jobs. Mark was such enormous help getting our old, cold house right. He replaced all the radiators and installed a brand new boiler in a very awkward position I’ve Chosen in my kitchen. He was always happy to give advice and make sure everything is done to outstanding standard and within budget. Little extra touches, like installing a huge vertical radiator with poor plaster work, were above and beyond what I’d expect. Really nice guy- he’s coming back to renovate our bathroom, can’t wait!

This morning, I woke up to smell a very strong scent of gas. I called the gas emergency team, they sent someone here, disconnected everything and told we had some issues, and we needed to sort it out. I called Mark Stewart from MS Plumbing and Heating, and even though it was his day off, he drove from Warrington, turned up in under 30 minutes and spent 2 hours sorting out everything. There was no heating and we couldn't cook anything without sorting the issue. He literally saved our lives, so a massive thank you to Mark! Mark Stewart provided me a fantastic service, we are very satisfied, he did a great job with no hassle whatsoever, no mess, kept the area very tidy, also very friendly and reliable. Would definitely use again and will highly recommend to others if they need a plumber. 5/5

Mark has done work for me in the past and came to my aid again recently to fix up a leaking old ideal combi 24 boiler (at the property I rent). Turned up earlier than scheduled and had my problem fixed within an hour, whilst also taking the time to thoroughly check everything (where other tradesmen have been in and out in 15 mins). Finally have stress free access to hot water all around the property. Highly recommended.
